A great place to shop. Staff if very very friendly and very knowledgeable for recommending the proper products. Has a great stylist named Zelia who i would recommend for both color and cut. Zelia knows her talents and uses them to keep all her clients very happy.

Uodate: I was at this store on November 5,2022 and the owner of the store was incredibly helpful with me choosing a matching mustache colour and brand of hair dye. She explained many aspects of colour matching, developers and dyes. She is so friendly. The receipt shows the cashier as Chitwan - I highly recommend buying products at this location especially if you require advice or assistance and you want a positive experience!Great selection and service at this location and very friendly staff. Gave good advice on mustache colour selection. Very clean and nicely decorated throughout - this location is highly recommended!

I went for a quick hair cut in March since they have a small hair salon in the back and I figured since it’s a beauty supply store, it would be a decent experience. Boy, was I wrong! Before I get into the review of the actual hair cut, let me say that the hair dresser was very kind at least. I went in wanting to trim my hair into an angled bob style with bangs. I showed her several pictures of the kind of hair styles I wanted. She washed my hair and then proceeded to cut it and then gave me a blow dry. I paid 80$ dollars for a choppy hair cut that didn’t even look like a bob. There were pieces that were longer, ones that were shorter, my bangs were crooked! I showed a friend of mine who is in beauty school and she flat out told me that it looked like a complete mess and did not resemble a bob! I had to book an emergency salon visit to fix my hair and it ended up being way shorter than I wanted because the hairdresser had to fix the uneven strands, etc. I was too shocked and embarrassed to say anything initially because I’m not a confrontational person by nature. I have never had a hair dresser ruin my hair like that! Complete incompetence on her part. I will not be going back to that salon and I highly suggest that others take their business elsewhere.

This place is amazing, they have a large variety of hair supplies and nails too! I really recommend it to whoever wants to buy hair products and is around this area of course. Personally I am so happy with them and the service plus the people there are so professional and friendly.

Sincerely was one of the best hair cut and colour correction I have ever had. I will definitely book with Anastasia again. I got many compliments too!!! Thank you for the wonderful experience. Anastasia took her time, consulted with me first, provided a spa like experience and very reasonably priced.

Amazing service from Chitwan! Very helpful with all my hair needs and gave so much advice on how to keep my hair healthy and moisturized. Hard to find service like this anywhere else. Excellent customer service!
