They entered my unit without knocking or checking if people are home. Also when they were leaving they just left all their garbage behind. Very unprofessional.Edit: I understand that it is not your responsibility to give me the notice in advance but I am just asking for professional courtesy to knock at least once before barging in. It honestly scares me when a group of strangers just walk in with the key

They suppose to come check my smoke detector at 9 am. I had to wait until almost 2:30 pm. I am very busy and to cancel my appointment.

Great ppl to work with. The electrician was very polite and efficient. We had 7, smoke/carbon monoxide/strobe dectors installed plus a furnace relay in case of fire. The cost was very competitive to other companies. Tks for your help.
