I purchased BMW X5 2016.We had a great experience at Chic Auto Sales. We were greeted so warmly from the start to the end. The person name is Moh who is very friendly and also gave us great service. Moe's father Mr. Ali is also very helpful with his customers. Moh is very efference and dedicated person in his business. Well I must say Moh and his father are very trusty and reliable with their business. I will suggest all of my family and friends about CHIC AUTO SALES.

Just purchased my SUV from here. The quality of the vehicles is commendable as all are clean with no accidents, and local to Ontario. Mo provided great service. Would definitely recommend, and buy here again!

Worse experience in a dealership I’ve ever had. The owner(Ali) expects you to sit and be ready to sign contract then let you do the test drive!!! Why? Because he judges you having money in your pocket or not.

Great dealership. The staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. My questions were answered promptly, either through text or call. It was my first used car and they made the process very simple. Most dealerships made me feel pressured to purchase their vehicles but chic auto sales was different. They were accommodating and patient.

Incredibly rude, unprofessional owner. Absolutely zero respect. Save yourself the time, if you're looking to purchase a vehicle, you're better served going anywhere else. How this place is in business is beyond me.

I was involved in an accident last year and the car was written off. I needed a car immediately but didn't want to rush and end up with some junk of a car. I usually buy new and avoid used cars due to the uncertainty of the quality. My brother in law recommended Chic auto sales. I ended up getting a 2014 Honda Accord from them and after almost a year now I'm still happy I did. You can tell these guys been in the business for a long time by their professionalism and their ability to answer all your automotive questions. They did the safety and changed what was necessary with in two days. They even had the car detailed. It looked brand new when I picked it up. Before I finalized my decision to purchase from them I was looking at different places an i was shopping around . These guys offered the most value for my money. After a year of use, I can confidently recommend chic auto sales.I’m happy with the service and I’ll definitely recommend them.

We are from out of town and called Mo about a car we were interested in. He provided honest,professional,knowledealgeble, detailed information about the car. We were able to verify the info and ultimately were able to negotiate a fair price based on all details he provided.He called back when he said he would and provided all info including a Carfax to us.We made arrangements to purchase vehicle and drove to dealership. Car was in better condition than we expected and better than he described.All details were handled expertly by him, no surprises.
