On a Sunday night with temps hovering around 0 degrees both our furnace and heat pump decided to pack it in. I was looking for a local professional with solid google reviews. I called Triple One Heating so as to get a jump on things Monday morning. To my surprise Sam answered the phone and actually came over at 9pm. 3 days later I had a brand new 96% efficient gas furnace installed. The price was fair and Sam is a pleasure to deal with. Give Triple One Heating a call. You won’t be disappointed.

The Best Service Ever!! Saved my New Year's Day!!Came home the evening of Friday, December 30th to NO HEAT!! Pilot light would not stay lit on my gas furnace. It was too late to call anyone but did so first thing the morning of Dec 31st (New Year's Eve). Call one of the bigger, more well known companies and they indicated they could have someone come out on Tuesday, Jan 3rd ...4 days without heat ...NO thank you!!Called Triple One Heating, left a message and was called back within minutes by Sam. He told me he would stop by and assess the problem later that day when he returned to Maple Ridge!! He came by later that day as promised, tried the easiest, cheapest fix (thermocoupler) but that was not the problem, of course (Murphy's law lol). He thought it might be the gas valve & let me know he would stop at his shop that evening to check if he had one.He called later that evening, let me know he had located a gas valve and would come out the next day (New Years Day) to install it. What a guy!!He came the next day as promised, installed the gas valve & FIXED the problem just before my New Year's Day guests arrived!! ABSOLUTELY SAVED the day!!Sam was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and his prompt response & willingness to show up on a holiday eve & an actual holiday was a level of service I have not seen in a long time ...and his price was extremely fair!!! :-)Thank you soooo much Sam!! Our furnace broke down a day before New years eve and we have contacted a different company who end up canceling their appointment twice on different days. We had to spend few nights cold. THANKFULLY, I came across a client review in our neighbourhood group regarding triple one heating and contacted them for repair service. They didn’t hesitate and came to our house 2 hours after the call!Sam is amazing and is very knowledgeable on his work. He made sure to explain things well in a way that we will understand (coz we don’t even know how the furnace work lol)He even showed us the emergency valve and switch for the future!We highly recommend them and we will for sure use their services again over other companies!

Sam is very honest and trustworthy. He went above and beyond to show attention to detail when servicing our fireplace and furnace. He even cleaned the glass doors and fireplace logs, it was like a brand new fireplace when he left!
