They offer you the same price and rate on Kia's website guys, this is exceptional these days.I was lucky that they have the exact car that I wanted to buy in their inventory. Lauren and Barb from finance were amazing in explaining everything and assisting me on the right track. Special thanks to David, who was my sales representative, he answered the online inquiry I left and this led me to buy the car, because David was really friendly and supportive every step of the way. He provided a test drive even though I went there just before they close, he introduced me the other team members of North Shore Kia, introduced the car and explained everything like specs, features and maintenance. From the moment I expressed interest in the 2018 Hyundai Accent advertised by Kia North Shore, David stayed in touch with me till I got there, a week later, for a test drive. I always buy brand new cars and tried too many different companies, but Manu was the best salesperson that my wife and I have met.Also their dealer was super honnest, at the time that most of Kia stores in Vancouver charges 7-8k as dealer markup" due to car shortage

Prior to being serviced at north shore Kia two weeks ago my Kia Soul 2022 engine did not make a noise. Silent . Immediately after being serviced the engine constantly makes a rubbling noise.When they serviced my car two weeks ago I mentioned that after six months of buying the brand new car at times my back windows don’t go up. Went through rain and snow with them not going up when I used the switch. They lubricated it and said It wouldn’t happen again. They said if it did to come back and they’ll take a further look. Next day it happened.They told me to come in today to fix both problems. They said they would take the car doors apart , check the motor, clean it up and make sure the windows worked as it was under warranty. They did absolutely nothing. They said it was from dog hair. My previous used cars that I had for 20 years NEVER had this problem. I bought this vehicle brand new. Ongoing issues.When it rains the carpet on the drivers side becomes soaking wet. Brand new vehicle and another problem.They didn’t check the engine. Service manager came out to the car to hear the noise. I opened the hood, found exactly where the noise was coming from, showed him and he listened. He said that since they didn’t fix the windows I was making up the engine noise.It was in their files prior to bringing it in of the noise. He said I was just mad and then he could not hear it. Everyone else can hear it but the guy who is supposed to fix it can’t?He asked why I was upset. I had a brand new car that’s back windows don’t always work. I’m upset when Rain and snow poors in my car.When it rains or snows the carpet on the drivers side becomes soaking wet.This Kia was a new car that’s engine NEVER made a noise before being serviced by their shop. Now it does.My car was there for 3.5 hours today and they didn’t do what they promised me. I took off work early for nothing. They even promised to wash myCar inside and out today as they didn’t last time. They did not. After having me wait 3.5 hours of them not fixing my car they didn’t even wash it.Both times I entered the front of the service department I was ignored by the men at the front.Friends and family think I was mistreated as I am female. They said if a man had gone in with the same issues he would not be treated this way.I have owned used Honda, Toyota, Nissan & Mazda and none have ever had these issues. And they were all older used vehicles which you’d expect to have problems with. Not a brand new car that I paid full price for.I DOT RECOMMEND ANY KIA ANYWHERE!!DO NOT BUY A KIA FROM A KIA CAR DEALERSHIP!
