We built our home in 2015 and had epoxy flooring done in 2017. Prior to this, we had not used our garage. Once the flooring was done, we noticed some water pooling close to our garage door during the winter months, so we contacted our builder. Our builder had a contractor come out to redo the epoxy in late July 2018 but we noticed that there was still water pooling through the winter months. Our builder sent out the same contractor to complete a repair in July 2019, but within a few weeks the area that was repaired started to turn bright yellow. We were obviously quite unhappy, so we contacted our builder again to request someone new who could actually deliver on the ask. That’s when Lou came to save the day. Lou showed up at the time he committed to, he ground down the existing epoxy, and redid the whole floor. We had no issues with the garage floor in the winter. Water drained as expected, and we were thoroughly impressed.We also asked Lou for an estimate on some other work. He gave us an honest recommendation, which would mean no additional work for him. You can really tell he is committed to delivering on your needs, and that his number one goal isn’t just to make money off of of you. Lou really is an expert at what he does. He’s a rare find. I would highly recommend Lou.
