Mr Neill started out very optimistic and professional, but overcharged me at the end after hand-delivering all of the information for a slam dunk. We were both dealing with family emergencies, but he was charging me $500/hr for him to produce subpar performance during his family issues. In response to the complaint about Meghan Franklin, I actually found her to be quite astute and helpful in her tenure as his assistant. I’m thinking of retaining her for the future of this custody dispute, because she was still knowledgeable and caring about this case even long after we had last spoken.
