Fun thrift store but over priced. Found some Joe fresh that I swear was more expensive used then new. Also there is no customer service, staff will completely ignore you and if you do try to interact with them or ask a question you get a half arsed response. Shouldn't feel like as a customer your disrupting a worker with doing their job.

I hate this place. Every staff member that I’ve interacted with has been rude and treats you like a nuisance whether you’re a customer or a consigner. I leave feeling terrible every single time. I’ve had staff rush me out the door when there’s still 20 mins to closing, get annoyed at me for asking about the consignment process and wanting to know which items they ended up taking, and straight up ignore me while they chat and I stood waiting at the cash. Highly recommend consigning and buying secondhand at Trove, Clothes Secret or Plato’s Closet where I’ve had great experiences doing both. The employees at those shops are welcoming, forthcoming about the consignment process, respectful of your time, and most importantly do not have a superiority complex. So not worth it to come here under any circumstance.

I went here yesterday looking for business casual clothing for a new job, and the staff went absolutely above and beyond! I can't remember their names, but it was two staff with cute pink hair (I think one was named Mona)! The process went very smoothly where both staff were bringing me clothing and giving me feedback on how it looked. I normally hate shopping but they made it soo enjoyable and I left Rikochet feeling really good about myself and my purchases! I also found there were so many options for clothes and it was all very well priced.Their kindness and helpfulness did not go unrecognized, so thank you everyone at Rikochet, will definitely be coming back next time!! :)

I just called someone at the store to inquire about the consignment contract. Whosoever picked up my call, was extremely rude for no reason. If this is the quality of customer service your company provides, then nobody should be working with you.

Not great to read that the consignment end of things might be sketchy based on these reviews. I've been shopping here since they opened and have always found it great for finding accessories, party wear, or anything I need in a pinch or don't want to spend a ton of money on. I've consigned with Rikochet as well and have made a few bucks. But I have the attitude that my old clothes would otherwise be donated, so I don't care if they sell or not. Super convenient location and courteous staff, based on my experience.

I’ve been consigning at the Rikochet Westboro location since 2011 and even after moving to a different city over a year ago I still make it a point to come bring in my items to sell (and to shop!) whenever I’m in town. I love how they have a two month policy for things to be on their sales floor, it means it’s a totally different store every time I stop by! I’ve found some pretty amazing things there like a Louis Vuitton bag, a pair of classic Dr. Marten boots and tons more all for a fraction of the retail price. Definitely my favourite place to consign and shop in Ottawa!I've sold countless items there from brands like Saint Laurent to Zara. They are really transparent with their policies and I'm thankful for that! They make you sign a contract and they remind me of their rules whenever I'm in. There's even a sign with FAQ's by the front desk which makes it handy.I've attached a picture of my all-time favourite Rikochet find - a Louis Vuitton pochette from their Murakami collection! Definitely was on my wish-list for awhile and I just about died when I found it!!

There is 0 reason as to why I was spoken to in such a condescending way today February 14th by the lady with the pinkish hair. Website very clearly indicates that items must be dropped off in one bag. No where does it indicate the size of the bag. Maybe try to not be so patronizing to people who have read your website and done their due diligence. Speaking over me after I was trying to respond to your question Have you read our website" is very unprofessional and quite rude. She did this more than three times.I will not be back as this left a very sour taste in my mouth. Please update your website to indicate the size of the bag so you do not inconvenience more people."

I love this place! I've been coming here for 10 years and most of my favourite outfits and accessories have been purchased here. Just today I bought two Aritzia items that were new with tags! I even found a pair of Louboutins for $200 once. Every visit is an adventure and I always leave happy. Staff are always friendly and helpful in helping me pick out items that match my style

I love, love, love Rikochet. No matter the event, occasion or milestone moment which calls for a specific look - this store always comes through. Sometimes I even have my private stylist! What a gem. Check it out.

Worst customer service ever. Zero communication or tracking of your items, zero accountability, and very rude staff. Plus I lost out on my consignment money (wouldn’t even offer me a store credit). Literally, I was not entitled to my earnings!
