This Beer store is in a very convenient location for me, located on the busy street of Eglinton Mississauga, it's hard to miss driving by. There's plenty of parking and when you walk in they have those convenient kiosk to order from. The only thing I didn't like was there was no one at the cashier. There wasn't even a bell to alert the staff. A line formed behind me and it was quiet annoying to wait. Oh well, I still got my 2.0 carb Sleeman's Clear beer and that's all that matters. Stay safe out there friends and please, be kind to one another.

- They have many variety of beer- They have recycling option for all cans and bottle- The workers are nice- The only thing which i don’t like, the area for return was so dirty

First time visiting a beer store, believe it or not. Had to return some empties and it was a simple straightforward process. Didn't take long. The beer store itself seemed small but again I don't have anything to compare against. LCBOs have been much bigger and I was expecting more beer choices at the beer store. Not a beer drinker so didn't bother me.

Went to return bottles and discovered the service is terrible. I prepared 3 bins, neatly organized. Wrote down all contents into a piece of paper beforehand. Walked in with my cart, said 'good afternoon' and was reciprocated with a cold stare. I then handed my note to the clerk. He read it, looked at me funny, and then proceeded to count exactly what I had written down. Gave me dimes where he could have given me larger denominated coins. Didn't even bother to ask if I wanted anything else. Won't be returning to this location (Streetsville is 10x better).

The most horrible experience and customer service at this location. Seems like the staff is very disgruntled and extremely rude. If you cannot fix this location, better to close this place. People could go to a better branch least.

The multipacks (24’s, cases etc.) are now exclusively sold at room temperature. They offer a cold cabinet for singles but no longer have carriers.Cashier also failed to greet me, failed to say thank you, and failed to offer me a receipt.Not going back.
