They are very unprofessional. CAA assigned this towing company to me and they changed the estimate time of arrival 3 times. After 3 hours of wait the tow truck driver told me that, he’ll not gonna come because I called him again and again. Me being a customer who got stuck on hignway needs update from the towing company. For that I’ve to call them and the guy don’t like that but what he likes is delaying their services without informing me the reason. Will not recommend their services to anyone. Also, like to mention I’ve met many locals there and they told me that they are not good and professional.
