Great place and even better with the Groupon I got for $175.00 off. Got the second pair free and had those made into prescription sunglasses.Excellent service from Bryce who was very welcoming and knowledgeable with all my crazy questions lol.Can't wait to pick up my two pairs of glasses.So many glasses to choose from.Karyn L

Sherisse and Lisa went over the top to help me. My grandma (nearly 102) recently passed away and I have her glasses frames from the 1960s. Sherisse made sure I got them made, did above and beyond extras and even gave me a Gucci fancy box to go home in. This team is amazing here - you won’t be disappointed! Thank you!

I came here today to get my glasses fixed. The place is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The glasses I was wearing were fixed by Sherise(Thank you again!!). It's really great what she made. It is definitely going to be a return visit for me

Their selection is vast with new styles arriving all the time and pricing is more than reasonable.What we appreciate the most however is the honesty and integrity that is demonstrated by Lisa and her team. They help to ensure that you not only have that just right" pair of glasses that will look amazing but that will also fit into your budget

I love this store. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The selection of frames is wide and the 2 for 1 pricing makes getting the second pair a no brainer.They are always helpful with any problems I may have with everything from insurance to frames going wonky.

Just lost a customer. I have been going to the eye exam place for years and couldn’t get a hold of them for an appointment, even filled out the form online and no one called. I went in person to book and now I see why, I waited 5 minutes in line and the receptionist was helping someone else. No problem. Asked to use the washroom while I waited and came back out and waited 10 more minutes without even a word or gesture that they acknowledged that I was there. I walked straight back out. I am not going to work this hard to give you my business I’ll just take it somewhere else.

Definitely the WORST optic clinic i’ve ever experienced in Calgary. I have never dealt with such unprofessional and uncooperative behaviours from the doctors and staffs. I went here to inquire for an eye exam, and the doctor were nothing but rude and disrespectful of my time with constant attitude and harsh tone who seemed uninterested in assisting me. If you have a warning sign against rude customers, at least make sure that you have staffs that are disciplined and treat their customers fairly. Go some place else where they appreciate your business and that values and respects their customers. If I could give less than 1 star, I would!
