Poor customer service. They are out of several things but do not tell you that prior to giving you the menu.Tried picking 2-3 different things and they're all out or no longer sell. Should advise these sorts of things in advance.Service was slow even with call button and staff never came to check in. Food quality was ok but main location at rideau is better

Great service, amazing food, and large portions. If you dine in, you get small plates too. The kim chi and potatoes are delicious! For dinner we ordered 1 appetizer and 3 main dishes. We didn’t even come close to finishing it off. Lots of take home for next day’s lunch and dinner. I will return.

The food is AMAZING. Highly recommend you go try them out. it's not without issues as you will always wait a very long time for your food to actually arrive after you order it but it's well worth the wait. Staff are very friendly and attentive.

Really good Korean food in Ottawa, especially on a cold, winter night. The large portions are so filling. We ordered a seafood ramen and beef ramen, which came with delicious side dishes. Definitely coming back!

Large portions (heavy on the rice and noodles) served hot and fresh. Very nice to have the option of hot sauce on the side for many dishes. Lots of gluten-free items (though not sure about the soy sauce they use, if you're celiac or allergic). Will definitely be going back :D

Food is as OK as usual. Waiters and waitress don't know what's going on. Confused face 50% of time. Seat for 40 min without water or anything. I had to pass my order to the front desk. Then it was another 40min waiting for water, and first dish. Main dish came when first dish was cold. Nearly 1.5h after I order. They are extremely lack of labor and lack of training.

Have been here so many times I’ve lost count. Everything we’ve ordered has been really good (and we’ve tried a lot here)!! The side dishes that come with the meal are all super good as well. All in all my fave Korean food spot it Ottawa.

Delicious Korean eats. Unfortunately, they were out of some key classics(jjajangmyun and pork bone soup). It's definitely on the pricier side as you can get better quality food and better prices in Toronto. Overall a decent spot to get your Korean fix. The soup was a little salty, but overall flavourful and delicious. Will go again to check out the classics.

The food was incredible!! It was my first time here a few days ago and loved everything about it! The vibe was nice & the food was great! Our server was very nice and took her time to explain what they had on the menu. I plan to come back very soon!!
