Bought a case for an iPhone 11 pro max and after I bought it and put in on the phone it didn't fit so I asked if I could exchange it for another one since they were the same price and he argued that it did fit even tho some of the speakers were covered.

Came here for a screen replacement, my phone's model has the antenna pieces attached to the screen and that wasn't connected during the installation. The shop doesn't have a phone and the technician is never there.During a test he gave me his number, and I noted that he hadn't installed the antennas. On the only SMS he sent me he proved me that the original screen still had them. He never again replied back even to confirm me the best day to go back at the shop.I have go back to the store 7 times because I cannot contact the store and the tech is never responding. My phone is only connecting with the network when on a high reception area like the store location. It was not like this before and now I have spent 250 $ on a phone still half way on my contract.So what am I supposed to do with non functional phone that they refuse to fix?Worst service ever.
