My experience at Staples with printing documents was disappointing. Despite being charged for the service, the printer did not deliver any paperwork due to technical issues. When we tried to explain the situation to the clerk, she dismissed our concerns by claiming that the charge was only a pre-authorization. However, we persisted and spoke with the manager who confirmed that we had been charged and that the machine had indeed malfunctioned.While I understand that technical issues can occur, I believe that the company should have validated our concerns rather than repeating pre-prepared responses. It's important for companies to listen to their customers and acknowledge their experiences, even if they understand how the machines work. In this situation, it would have been helpful if the staff had received better training on how to handle customer complaints.Overall, my experience was frustrating and I won't be returning to Staples for printing services. I hope that the company takes the necessary steps to improve their customer service and ensure that technical issues are handled more effectively in the future.

Very large electronic and office supplies. They have a fairly good mail order service, self serve printing. Competitive pricing with other big box stores Good staff.

My spouse and I went to the print centre to copy and scan documents for their immigration process. Allison at the print centre was very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful, as well as greeting us with a friendly smile and was very pleasant! Thank you, Allison, for your support today and your help!

WASTE OF TIME: I found the power cable I needed and took the card to the counter to pay. After about 10mins of service reps looking for the physical cable, it turns out they don’t actually have it in stock. WHY HAVE IT ON THE FLOOR IN CARD FORM IF ITS NOT IN STOCK???Becauuuse: apparently, Staples Corporate feels it is better for their bottom line to stock things they don't have so people can come into the store to order things online. Do they understand the underlying concept of online shopping? Pretty sure it has a lot to do with convenience. Coming in to your store to do this renders this convenience aspect moot.Thanks for wasting my time, as well as the time of your reps that searched for the item. Should be 0 stars. I will never shop here again.

Store is always very clean and organized. The staff has always been super friendly, helpful and seemingly trained very well for their roles.

I really enjoy shopping at Staples because they offer a wide variety of office supplies. Additionally, it is a great place to scan/photocopy documents, shred important documents, and/or have personalized cards made. It is a bit pricey, however.

We used their printing service. It's seemingly pricey but incredibly hassle free, which makes it worth the price. For the amount we print, it's really not worth having a printer. This was a very convenient way to get around that.

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service EVER. Brock - who represented himself as the store manager - was THE WORST staples rep I’ve ever done across. I went in on Friday to drop off 2 Fedex packages shipped under my FedEx account and then was going to purchase 3 x laser jet cartridges (about $500 worth of product). I asked for two FEDEX envelopes (which are FREE) and was refused. They had two large packs of about 50ea visible behind the counter. The employee (new person - not her fault) said they are only for customers paying to ship via Staples. I asked to speak to the manager as this is certainly not Staples policy as I’ve asked for and received supplies here before to ship on my account by dropping off there. It’s certainly not FEDEX policy either. Brock refused. I explained they’re free. He said those were only for paying customers who pay staples the FedEx fee even though he acknowledged they had lots and they get free from FedEx. I’ll never ship / ship in this store again.Congratulations Brock. You lost out on a $500 sale because you couldn’t provide FREE FedEx envelopes in the name of customer service. I do recommend Package Plus at nearby 171a Rink Street. They accepted my packages and provided me the FREE envelopes and surprisingly said they’ve handled quite a few customers where Staples refused them FedEx supplies.
