Rented with Alamo which goes through the enterprise office. Decent service. Took a bit at the desk to get the paperwork done, picking up was fine. Got a nice Mercedes A class (even though I specifically picked a B class or equal, so kind of a size downgrade...).Drop off was terrible. Google maps directed us wrong, following the signs got us into the wrong position and had to go against traffic in the garage to reach the office/drop off. Signage needs improvement!Other than that pretty happy with our experience.

They do not honor reservation prices made through their website and associates (Alamo). Unfortunately can’t recommend.

Competitive prices, easy to find, no waiting time on collection, friendly staff, good car, slightly larger model than I booked. €500 deposit on credit card was released within a few days.

Not able to pay with my credit card, forced to use card of a family member who then had to become an extra driver (extra charge of 20 EUR). Very limited mileage included.

If you think about this company read.I have rented a car. On 9 February They charged me an additional day unnecessary and said they will send my money back, but they did not. My first claim was 13 February. After many emails, they wrote on 28 February:Dear

It was pretty much a scam. At the counter, we presented a perfectly normal Mastercard credit card that has always worked. The woman at the counter said that the system doesn't accept this card." We proceeded to present other cards belonging to the original driver that also apparently didn't work. The only solution was to either pay hundreds of euros of theft insurance to be able to use a debit card (also MasterCard

Literally thieves. Forced me to prepay for the entire reservation, and when I returned early refused to refund the amount between what I paid and what my invoice showed as a 'total'. Numerous calls and visits, unable to get a response.

All good! Friendly and attentive service, competitive prices, easy return possible & overall good experience. Car could have been a tad cleaner; especially the interior.

I had a bad experience with this place and would not rent a car here ever again for several reasons:1) Only except Credit cards, a European Mastercard-Giro card is not enough. I had to take my girlfriends card last minute, which resulted in her needing to be a second driver for which they charged extra. Rather check next door, if they will except any type of payment.2) The cars board computer did not work. Therefore I didn’t even have a back drive camera!3) On return, they charged me the kilometers extra. I would have expected them to consider point 2) and drop the charges.Doesn’t mean you can’t have a good experience though. With a credit card and a better car.

Even though I repeatedly told your employee I want a BMW X1, the BMW tuning was already frustrating enough for me. I realized at the last moment that the car was not an X1, but I had no choice because I was in a hurry.
