Showed up to get a tire put on rim, they left me waiting for 10 min in front of the store, than 20 minutes out back with the rim just waiting to be acknowledged. He said he's coming, moved someone else's truck in, told his guys to grab coffee, all I've been asking for him is to acknowledge it's my rim so I can leave and come get it later. Finally he comes to get it and put the tires on. I am trying to go to work and just had a half hour of my time wasted when I just wanted to drop it off and pick up alter and make sure he knee that the rim was mine so he could do it. The parts and price are good but boy do they take forever and are non attentive to customers.Won't be coming back here.

Do not have a customer experience1 hour ago my tire blew and I stopped in front of the store to change to a spare. I jacked my vehicle and loosened the nuts to remove. An employee from the store told me they sell parts so I have to move. I didn't want any trouble so I went to tighten back so I dont mess anything up. He came back outside and asked me if I was deaf and to move along. Went from a potential customer to something else... If you have a business even if you are having a bad day. Don't treat people like that.

Visited this business after accidentally ripping two of my tires on the same side during my visit to Toronto. I was kindly offered a variety of replacement options (a full set) for my car. After choosing the tires I waited in a fancy cinema-like relaxing customers area and enjoyed some coffee. The job was done at an acceptable time, and I'm happy with the pricing policy and service quality. No issues with tires for more than month already. Will recommend it.

Been going to these guys for years, on many different cars, from $1000 cars to $80000 cars to seasonally change my tires and fix occasional punctures. Each time received nothing but quick, efficient, reliable service every time. Thanks very much.

The lady behind the phone gave me a quote for tire change and when I came to the store they gave me higher price quote. I even explained what it needs to be done before coming to the shop. When I called back she was being rude and hang up the phone. Wasted my gas and time.

Professional service. Overrall five star experience = customer service + well organized + Clean facility + attention to detail. They ordered wheel for my car but that was not working . Didnt dissapoint me , as he found a way around to fix my car wheel.
