Our family’s experience with Ethical Death Care was exceptional. All the members of the team that we dealt with were very professional, compassionate and helpful - Amy, Bill, Sandy, and Dillon. We were very grateful to Dillon for all of the assistance he provided with regards to explaining and completing all the documents and paperwork for the government. He was very diligent and carefully answered all of our questions. We also appreciated Dillon’s advice regarding the Free Press obituary and the beautiful photo tribute page that was created. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and we would highly recommend Ethical Death Care.

I soon discovered that their name, Ethical Death care, was on purpose. Ethics is exactly what this industry was so badly needing! The industry of dying is changing, probably as much because people wanted a better way at a reasonable cost, and people like Ethical answered that call. Ethical Death Care had been recommended to our family by a friend. When we looked into the services they provided we found it was exactly what we needed at a cost that was within our budget. Dillon was very thoughtful & professional. He helped us with the respect that we wanted for our stepfather. We had a function at a location of our choice & had it catered by Ira's deli. I had dealt with Ira's before so knew that they were good. Our family was very pleased with the function & how helpful everyone was at Ethical Death Care. We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of funeral services.

I had a very positive experience with Ethical Death Care when my husband passed away and the service that they provided would have been exactly what my husband would have wanted. The Ethical Death team were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful which was very reassuring during this very difficult time. Government agencies were notified of death, obituary was submitted to Free Press exactly as written and the photo biography and tribute page were available at the time the obituary was in print. Because my husband didn’t want a service having that online memorial available was very important. Dillon really did an amazing job with the photo tribute page even adding his own special touch with the introduction. From the photos he knew my husband loved his cat so he started the photo tribute with a beautiful tabby cat that looked almost identical to our cat, I thought that really honoured my husband’s memory and he didn’t even know him. Whenever I call Ethical Death there was always someone on the other end to answer my questions, no leaving a message and having to wait for a return call which is very impressive as the team is relatively small, even after hours. Prices are also very, very reasonable with no added costs and no push for extras. I would highly recommend Ethical Death Care, the team really do care about their clients and giving them the best experience they can. Thank-you!!
