The receptionist was very intimidating and irritating at the time of checking in. She forced me for a security deposit of 500 CAD which is ridiculous. Beware of the ATM machine there as well, it gives you a 100 CAD less each time you withdraw money from it. Can't say if it is some kind of nexus between the ATM company and the hotel. Rooms were satisfactory. Not much storage space. I would never again go here in my life. The Air conditioner sucks outside air ( people who smoke outside) gets into the room making it very difficult to breath in the room.

Room was in terrible shape toilet was broken and did not work. There was mouse traps all over the Hotel room and the cleanliness was completely lacking. And then to ad insult they claim that the sheets were stained so charged us 47.25 in fees. Do yourself a favour and do not stay at this hotel unless you enjoy sleeping in filth. Also be warned if you stay take pictures of everything once you arrive and leave so you can dispute the fraudulent charges that they will place on you.

Staff is really rude, especially the manager. She’s complete trash and nobody gets their deposit back. They claim they charge $45 a night but they tried to charge me $157 a night during May long weekend. Rates are always different depending on how much they think they can scam you out of. There’s black mold on the ceiling of the showers, rooms are disgusting, people are dying and overdosing on a regular basis. Police are there almost everyday and you just feel very unsafe. Someone tried to break into the room I was staying at. We found the window open and the lights turned on numerous times. Staff walks in on you without knocking when wearing no clothes. Just absolutely appalling. Do not stay here!!It was absolutely disgusting and smelled bad. Everything is falling apart. There was leftovers of some type of drug substance being cooked in the pots. They lie how there’s free breakfast included but that is indeed not the case.

Staff was nice. No complaints about that.. If someone had to pay me to stay there I wouldn't. Mold was everywhere, in the bathroom, water, sheets. The rooms were supposed to be smoke free but everything smelled like tobaccos and mold. We left at 2 am that morning because couldn't stay there longer. Stay there if you want to be sick and introduced to toxic mold.

The room had no air flow and smelled like stale cigarette and weed smoke. The room was disgusting. I’ve never seen such poor conditions. Then the lady at the front desk said all I had to do was call “Priceline” because that’s how I booked the room. I called Priceline, and they spoke to the front desk lady who said they will not refund my money. So they lied and did not follow their policy. She gave me the managers email, who has yet to respond. I would give 0 starts if it allowed me to. Lease don’t stay here.

We were almost forced to book a room in this hotel as it was xansda day and ghis was pretty much sll thst was left, i jow know why.Honestly if I could give it zero stars I would have. The rooms were very poor, I'm not sure how long ago the pictures were taken but it isn't like that now. The windows were filthy indeed overall it needed a damn good clean. The skirting was loose, the floors dirty , the bathroom was tatty and the baths had two large patches, poorly repaired, on thr bath. The showerhead was corroded and covered in limescale, i eoukd not even considerbhaving s shower/bath in tjis bathroom. The room door looked like it was an internsl door which had been.kickedbin at one time. The hinges were very lightweight and would not have stood much pressure if someone had tried to break in.It may at one time have been a nice hotel, but there's obviously been little or no money put into maintainance/upgrading.The road noise was atrocious as there appears to be no soundproofing, the air conditioning let in even more noise. You could almost hear the breathing of the people in the next room.We were travelling in an RV and, after seeing the room, were almost going to stay in the RV in the car park.Unfortunately, since there was so little choice I neglected to read the TripAdvisor revue, which were quite horrifying.I have only stayed in one hotel (in england) which ran this place close and it is difficult to decide which is worse.I have to say that if you're thinking of staying at this hotel DON'T!!!

They are cold and kind if rude. The place is dirty and smells. No screen in the window. Every site including theirs says free breakfast but they dont actually have any breakfast. They refused my visa credit card and were weird in general. Stairway very dirty and dark. Have to carry bags up 2 flights of stairs

Hotel is disgusting and staff is incredibly hard to deal with. I know they have to abide by policy but the fact that they won’t even try to have a conversation with you is ridiculous. We didn’t even stay the night here we just left because upon check in we found mold, mysterious fluids on floor and desk, dirt and dust and other stuff in the AC units and fans, (my husband asthma was flaring up after 20 minutes of staying in the room) the window would slide open form the outside if you pushed on it even when locked so we couldn’t feel safe leaving our stuff alone if we went out. The coffee maker had mold and was dirty and the bed sheets were stained and smelt of smoke and body odour. We tried to talk to the lady but she refused to move us room without charging us and wouldn’t let us talk to the manager. Avoid here. The lady told us that the room was cleaned and that there was nothing they could do. (The one bed photo is sand that was between our sheets)
