This is an amazing service! We were guided each step of the way for doing our own MLS listing in Alberta. Incredibly prompt, reviewed documents within minutes of upload, gave helpful tips and advice. It was like having professional realtors right beside you without the steep fees and pressure tactics. The directions on the site are clear and specific, they even phoned with reminders as conditions were being met. It keeps the owner in the driver seat, in control of all processes, and saved us many thousands of dollars in unnecessary fees :) The ability to post to MLS is worth the flat fee and gave us the maximum exposure to move our property and move on with our other plans. We were even in control of how much to pay the buyer realtor. Amazing and I can't imagine using a realtor to sell ever again!!!

I was a bit skeptical in regards to the services offered but.......I spent a bit of time completing the forms and once I completed to the best of my abilities I submitted them - on a Sunday !! Within a few minutes I received a phone call from their representative who then assisted me while we were on the phone to complete all the forms and check them all over.Everything went smoothly and we are listed and have had showings. We expect we will sell out house through this service.I would guess I paid myself $6000 per hour to fill out the forms instead of having a real estate agent do it !!!Will right another review once we have sold!!Macca

WOLVES IN SHEEPS CLOTHING!Anyone who uses this service, if you buy the additional MLS service option it is CRITICAL you do NOT write ANYTHING in your MLS description except for this one line;“For additional information, please click on the Brochure button.”Then in your “For Sale By Owner” Description Section you want your FIRST LINE to read;“THERE ARE NO CONDITIONAL SALES PENDING Please contact me for an accurate listing status.”Of course if you have an actual pending sale you would not type the above line and or if you do get a pending sale you must update your For Sale By Owner listing by removing this line as you are able to update your For Sale By Owner listing description in REAL TIME.By following the above steps you be able to ensure the potential buyer contacts you directly to get a TRUE and accurate status of your listing. Most Realtors will mislead potential buyers by stating that there is Conditional Sale or Pending Sale on your listing, as way to discourage potential buyers from viewing your property.This is a helpful loop hole to go around the “TWO CLICKS” away rule that supposedly the MLS has…? The for sale by owner company has…? If thats even true. To Ensure that Potential buyers can read your FSBO description page and phone you directly for TRUE information regarding your listing and or property.A Realtor, is a Realtor, is a Realtor, is a Realtor, they all want MONEY and they do not care about helping people find their actual dream home or help sell your home by owner. In my case There are OTHER Units for sale in my building and they wanted to ensure THEIR REALTOR FRIENDS sell their LISTINGS FIRST! When I caught on to what the realtors were doing, I wanted to change my description, and at first they tried to state that you MUST provide a Description of your property in the MLS description section, that is FALSE. I requested 3 days in a row for my MLS description to be updated to that ONE line, and they kept asking me “why” “why do you want to do that” “I won’t do it until you tell us why”, Pinocchio knew exactly WHY I wanted to do that, so they came up with the clever LIE that they did not have the necessary documents. One response was “I was going to update your listing to your request, “but we are missing a document” so we are deactivating your listing”So they DEACTIVATED my MLS listing “PRETENDING” they did not have the necessary documents.I would encourage more people to STOP using realtors as way to take away their power of the Real Estate Market.Are Realtors passionate about helping their clients find their dream home, or which listing will give THEM the BIGGEST profit?

I have just gone through the process of selling my condo through FSBO. To start, I will say, read the info they have available as it will give you an idea of what to expect. Or better yet, listen to their short audio that is available as well. Any questions just phone and they will be happy to answer your question. My advice is to do⁸ your research so you are aware of what is required to sell your property and have as many of the necessary docs required on hand. If you're not sure, they will help you through all steps.Also, if you want to sell your house and not deal with any realtors, that is great, but we are in a world where realtors still are the go-to way to sell and buy homes. So be prepared to have them want their piece of the pie. If you have time and are willing to take that time to wait things out to sell 100 percent privately, all the power to you.All in all, I had a great experience and will never go back to using a realtor. FSBO representatives will guide you through every step as they did with me, and I ended up paying half the fees that I would have if I chose to have a realtor representing me. I sold in less than 24 hours and over the list price. Can't complain at all. Great experience for me. Hope this helps anyone who is considering FSBO.
