I like my biogel extensions nails! I think they used DND Cherry Blossom. I ask them to add gems a bow and some chrome ontop. Total cost was $67.80 after tax :) Thanks for taking me in!

I decided to try out this nail salon for the first time this afternoon, because it is just around the corner from my house. Don't be dissuaded by the unglamorous and dated interior. The customer chairs are very comfortable. My nail technician did an excellent job on my gel polish manicure. I showed her a picture of the colour and design I wanted, and she executed it beautifully! I was charged $30, and I gave a $5 tip. I was charged $40 previously for the same service at another salon, with not as good results. I was only disappointed by the atmosphere inside the salon. It was obvious that the floor had not been cleaned in quite some time. There were 2 employees in the shop at the time when I went in, and the one who was not working on my nails just sat on her phone the whole time. She could have been cleaning the shop and attending to other tasks. The television was also on the program called the Social"

I call Jenny earlier today to get a pedicure and full gel set. She was able to fit me in within 5 min which was awesome. Unfortunately I am a person with a disability and require a service dog to be with me at all times. I went into the Salon for my appointment and was told to leave because I have a service dog and they can't allow them. I tried to explain to them that my dog was a service dog, but I was just told no and to leave. I was VERY disappointed as I was on a time schedule and needed my nails done for a stage performance the following day. Luckily I was able to find another salon that was able to get me in. I really hope that they maybe receive some education on service dog laws for the next time this comes up with another customer. I will not be going back

Horrible, the job was rushed. Asked for gel, almost positive she gave me acrylic (i was charged gel price).. She tried to talk me out of it by saying you're going to ruin your nails"... I do not have nice or strong nails to begin with
