I want to report a driver of yours driving licence PJ7701 taxi number R83 driving extremely erratic.While heading down 8th avenue between 200th and 184 this taxi driver was driving extremely slow and was slamming his brakes which only seemed like an attempt to have us rear end him. When an opportunity to overtake him came up, with a broken line on the pavement, we tried overtaking him as he was not keeping up with the speed limit, as a reference he was driving 30-35km/hr in a 50-60km/hr area. At this point he would not let us overtake him, despite us legally within our right to do so. He swerved to the left preventing us from accessing the oncoming traffic lane and swerved multiple times and at the same time we were trying to get into the overtaking lane, and was repeatedly slamming his brakes. He then proceeded to show us a middle finger as my family managed to get past him. I have made a video of this taxi driver and his unprofessionalism along with his behaviour putting my families life at risk. When he saw me making a video of him, he stopped showing his middle finger and started driving normally. I understand if you’re lost in the area, but aggressively driving because someone else is just trying to get somewhere, and I’ll repeat, within the speed limits is insane. He’s way too aggressive to be on the road.

We used Richmond taxi several times while in Vancouver. Service was excellent. In fact, we used it when we left our hotel to go to the seaport for our cruise. The woman driver arrived in a mini van and was the best. On time. Incredibly lugged our luggage. Price was better than other companies. Wish I remembered her name because she was terrific. She was the driver instructor. Just the best.

My wife is a flight attendant and parked at an obscure staff parking lot. She landed late last night and got back to her car and a flat battery. It would have taken me over an hour to get to her. I called Richmond Taxi, literally 10mins and $25 later they’d turned up, jumped her car and she was on the road again. Saved a tired wife from a long wait, great service

had a super bad experience with this driver, not willing to take me. he is racist, took the white couple stead of me at YVR. wrote complaint but never got back. poor service and management.

I was minding my own business trying to turn left on the intersection, and this taxi driver kept honking at me forcing me to turn left even though the traffic was busy, dangerous act. Completely unprofessional. After that, he managed to pass me and continued driving recklessly. If I could give 0 star I would.

The dispatcher didn’t actually book my taxi. When I called back after 45 mins, that’s when the cars were finally dispatched. I had waited an hour and 45 minutes for one car to show when I had ordered two. Driver was friendly enough and honest with me about when he got his time call for my cars.

Two stars, as to be fair taxi comes relatively fast from time to time. However!For the second time over the last couple of months, taxi drivers just do not show up! If the first time could more or less be justified, when weather conditions were bad and buses were delayed or canceled, now it is outages!Not only did a taxi cab not come, but dispatchers did not call and say that cab is not available (even though it was promised to send a car).No 5 Road in Richmond is difficult to get from, there is only one bus available in certain areas which drives only once in half an hour, and when a bus gets canceled (without notice, - shoutout to TransLink!), a taxi is the last resort, and that fails!

Best taxi service around! I called for a cab at 3:00 am on a Sunday night. my ebike had run outta battery, and this guy showed up in Vancouver and helped me jam my large ebike into this small taxi and couldn't be more happy about it. best service and excellent helpful employees!

I'm sure there's a reason their feedback is so low over so many people but perhaps they've changed.Sarabjit Singh is the man. I thought my booking was at 6 am and wasn't awake until 5;40 am. He arrived five minutes early and called me. I didn't answer. He waited and then called me again on time. I picked up. Turns out my booking was at 5:45 am. I got to his cab at 5:55 where he patiently waited and was calm and courteous.Five star service and a 40% tip. Thank you so much!

If I could rate a zero I would. Needed a wheelchair cab to transport my mom to a medical appointment at RGH. Pre booked 3 days in advance and confirmed day of, hours before the pick up time. Was told it would be there. Cab never showed up. Called and dispatch said I was in the queue!!! Medical appointment was missed and cancelled. Cab showed up over an hour after the pre booked time. Worst service ever!
