We had David come to our home to set up our internet. He was sooooo patient with us. Very knowledgeable guy, very friendly. He is very promp. He really knows his job.

Had Simply Connected for a long time. It was great. Better speeds then advertised, affordable, and great customer service. Then High Speed Crow bought them out and the speed/customer service was absolutely horrible. It’s been 8 or 9 months and it still hasn’t been resolved. If it was a few times a month or even once a week, that would be one thing. But it seems like we get okay internet once or twice a week, the rest of the times it’s terrible. Really sick of this

Well I had a very pleasant experience with David and Chris from High Speed Crow today. Well mannered and courteous young men who explained to me with clarity all the ins and outs of fiber internet of which I know nothing about. Efficient and clean work. Good to see these days. I am very impressed with the service High Speed Crow provided.From the initial phone call to the install. I initially phoned them to inquire about pricing and spoke to Cindy. Because MTS internet does not offer high speed internet where I live. I agreed to their service, and surprisingly it got hooked up the next morning, and the cost wasn’t much more than I was paying for my slow internet. Rob, the employee that came to do the install and his helper Dylan did very neat, clean and professional work, and it only took a couple hours.Kids are gaming, streaming movies, using all their devices with friends and no more arguing about the internet!Thank you HSC.

David from High Speed Crow got my internet issues fixed in no time. He gave me a follow up call as I was not at home at the time and provided a thorough explanation of the issue and what he did to fix them. Great service.

We checked a few different internet providers and decided on High Speed Crow. I first spoke with Shawn Hilts, Operations Manager at HS Crow, back in August 21, 2020, when we knew we were moving to Tyndall. He was very helpful in explaining what services were available to us. When we found out our new place was going to be ready for occupancy on February 1, 2021 I contacted High Speed Crow and spoke with Ryan Stevens, who helped me set up the installation process. On Tuesday, February 2, 2021 installers David and Devon came to do our installation. I was very impressed with the 2 young men and how David and Devon interacted with each other. They were very professional, courteous and helpful in making sure our devises were all connected. I was very impressed from start to finish. If you’re looking for internet service I would HIGHLY recommend High Speed Crow.

Showed up on install day with the wrong equipment was S upposed to come back, Never did, scheduled for the following week didn’t show up didn’t call… useless service.

CS isn't the bestest. Seems they do not pay good wages to have knowledgeable tech support staff.
