Merchant does not acknowledge you. I said hi, he looked at me and turned away then I said hi louder and he looked at me and gave me a moment to ask a question. Not a word out of his mouth let alone a smile, just a gesture pointing at the bin I was looking for.

Facility is always clean and organized - 1 starStaff are helpful in letting you know where stuff needs to go - 2 stars.Like others, twice now I've come up short on Return-It Express bag counts - sorry no more stars.Not sure where the bags are going, but you'd think in this day and age that it would be easy enough to audit.The label is printed from the machine with a number on it you'd think would be saved somewhere. The label is scanned again by the employee when counted. Do the comparison between the printer and the employee scan and I'd bet you'd find a few labels not accounted for... C'mon guys, get this figured out!In the meantime, I'll be heading to another facility.

They maintain very clean environment; hand washing station is provided, the staff are sanitizing before and after people use including the tables and the area where people touch very often. The area is also well organized; I could see they are working as a fast-pased and making sure they count the bottle correctly so that people don't need to stay and wait for a long time. I am using this bottle depot as a primary because of these reasons above and their kindness!

They will straight up steal from you. I did a bottle drive a while back and was coming here for all my returns.. after the first few I noticed money didnt seem right so I started counting.. then I would bring my cans to the till knowing my exact amount and they would always undercut me.. finally I counting counting right in front of the owner so he wouldnt take money. I have other forms of income but others dont and this is one of their only ways to earn some money.. its real sad that you steal from them.Take the extra time to go someplace else

They are very rude people specially the man who serve me. I went there once in while finally I will bring my bottles in willowbrook area. They need to learn to adapt at least be friendly and not rude to people.

First time having used this drop off Express location. Dropped off 3 bags and only received a count for 1 bag. My drop were the first 3 bags in the bin so not like they wouldn't have been in the same sort queue and all were identically bagged and labelled. So ripped off at least $20+ dollars.That's pretty much like stealing imo. Oh and agree with a lot of other commments as well the payout seemed a little on the light side. Will avoid this business at all costs. Sorry rip me off once... no second chances.

Friendly staff but just stopped taking plastic bags, cardboard, styrofoam, batteries, light bulbs... :(

A few times i went to there to drop my empty bottles, it is clean, safe, and kind to the customers i want to recommend this bottle depot

A hand washing and drying station! A covid win!New drop and go outdoor section for non - refundables. Friendly staff with minimal English spoken. The staff were making significant efforts to wipe down / sanitize stations and carts after each person used them.
