Have gone here for my girls' ear piercings. Great service with two ladies working together. I am picky with how they mark so I corrected them a few times but think that's kind of the case everywhere. Much more affordable than the tattoo and piercing shop we went to before with surprise charges afterwards and the ears still getting infected often, whereas here we've had no problems. Also, they took pictures of my daughter and texted it to me, which I thought was a nice gesture. When one stud had fallen out a couple months later but I waited too long to actually go back (5+ months) they still gave us a new earring for no charge!

Just got my 6 month olds ears pierced and it was an incredible experience. The women were so good with her and my son who came along. They marked her ears perfectly the first time and it was overall the best experience.

I have always received completely professional and friendly service at this Merle Norman location. Over the last 7 years I have had several different cosmetic procedures like my regular gel manicures and brow waxing/tinting and have purchased quite a few different products. I have always been completely happy about them all. The staff and Anna, the owner, always Make you feel welcome and well looked after. I really appreciate their personalized makeup and skin care suggestions.I moved to Chilliwack 2 years ago but would never go anywhere but Merle Norman in Abbotsford.

I had my 9-month old daughter's ears pierced here on July 10, 2019. Two employees did both sides at the same time which I thought was good as it made her crying shorter. What was not good was the final result - one side was visibly lower than the other. Upon further examination I discovered it's even worse from the back. Her ears were pierced at different angles, one earring pointing upward and one downward. I went back to the store, they removed one of the earrings and told me to come back in a week to have it repierced correctly.I came back as instructed, discussed the issue with another employee in detail to make sure it's done right this time. The employee marked the dot, understood the angle should match the first earring. After she was done and my daugter stopped crying, I looked at the result - the angle was wrong again, resulting in uneven look. I was so frustrated I took both earrings out to let the holes grow in. I will take my daughter elsewhere next year if I summon the courage.I would not recommend Merle Norman as I doubt the employees get a proper training in piercing. I gave them an opportunity to correct their mistake but they failed twice. Unacceptable.

Excellent!!!! I've been going here for the last few years for my semi-perm eyebrows and the owner Anne is the very best. I went from no eyebrows just a few hairs and having to spend an hour drawing them on to having normal looking eyebrows again. She's fully trained to do everything she does and highly experienced she examines your facial structure and gives you the right shape of eyebrows like your natural eyebrow shape would be, so the result is perfect, no one would ever suspect my eyebrows are not real I go in every 1-2 years to have them darkened. I won't go to anyone else.

The two ladies piercing my 8 month old baby’s ears together was smart. It was fast and they’re both professional.
