I visited this place to buy a Nintendo video game for my son. We have experienced the wonderful customer svc with the lady who helped us out to exchange the games. They made my day and my son was so much happy with that. Even though, I could not remember name of the lady staff at the checkout desk, I’d like to say thanks so much for your help. I really appreciate that.

Though some of the staff is unfriendly, my experience with the cashier yesterday (June 10) was awesome. The young guy was super patient, helpful and kind. I wasn't sure about which earphones to get, and he guided me - regardless of my price point (not upselling, but genuinely helping) to whatever fit my needs. In a world where tons of service staff are rude and indifferent - thank you! You made a hard day easier.

Just had another positive and easy shopping experience here. Ali one of the sales managers was awesome, and another associate was super helpful in sharing their own experience with the products I was deciding on and spent the time to explain why one might be better for me than the other.

Coming into this establishment, I needed a printer. The people at the front were really nice in greeting me. But after that, I was having a little bit of trouble finding someone to help me. I mean they could have been short-staffed, so I cant make a definitive judgement.I did however find my printer and they had many in stock. So I was very happy with that!

Best Buy used to have customer service and they told me when I went into they got rid of it. I went to buy an item that I called and confirmed with best buys 1800 number and they did not have it in stock. Their website isn't updated from store data. They asked me if I wanted to ship to my house, I told them if I was going to do that I would use Amazon, I use best buy for the customer service and convenience both of which this store fails in. Bring back future shop, you took a good business and made it all american

Good selection of computers, phones, video games, household items like vacuums and washing machines. Helpful staff, there is usually a very technical person available if you request it... they have been very careful with COVID and one manager was extra helpful to me when I took the pictures, he made sure I was okay and it just felt like they had the store being run professionally, his name was Aman and I can see why they made him a manager because he was a great communicator. I also got excellent help with headphones from Nidhi :)

im so disappointed in manager of coquitlam location ali persian girl i told her to bring me a speaker she brought a headphone with atatude no costumer service what so ever if i was the gm or ceo i wouldnt hire girls like this fire her im soending 50k soon buy electronic for myself and family i want mandy the punjabi lady to become the manager very nice with respect fire ali or i wont shop at best biy and soend 50k
