Smitty's Family Restaurant and Lounge
Terrible. I recently ate at a different location in Edmonton. Their food was delicious. Same meal ordered, but at Sherwood Park location was disgusting.So very disappointed. Threw it on the garbage and carried on hungry as that was the better option. So so so gross.

It's a neat place to go. Bring your fam, usually quiet on the weekends. You will get what you ask for, washrooms are a bit of a jaunt down the hall.

Food wasn't terrible. The service sure was though! The waiter was clueless and at one point came to the table speaking to us with a mouthfuls of food in his cheeks

The steak sandwich was ordered medium rare. It came out well done and chewy. And it was sliced in strips like maybe somebody was going to make it into a Philly cheese steak first and then we just laid it on top of a piece of bread and called it a steak sandwich.

Very accommodating manager who does everything from serving to kitchen to management and marketing. Well lit ambiance best for breakfast mood and have a good meal selection for adults and kids.

The food took quite a while to come out even though it was not busy, but when the food did come out, it was very well cooked, and it tasted great. The waitress was very friendly and came back to check on us frequently.

Waited for 10 mins to be seated, ended up having to go in the back to find someone to seat us. The waitress was very rude, she was too busy on her phone to check on us to make sure everything was ok. We even had to tell her that there was another customer waiting to be seated. Not sure if we will be back!!!

Called ahead for a team breakfast.Pre-ordered all meals and drinks.Service took nearly 1 hour for some of the kids to get pancakes.Very slow service.Food was decent for a Smittys.Expected more.

Walk in all tables are filled with dishes and filthy. Food comes cold, butter won't even melt on pancakes or toast. Wrong toast came out to begin with, re ordered, supposed fresh toast is cold! Then of course they get attitude because we stated we would prefer a hot meal. Horrible service. Horrible and cold food!
