They tried to fight a family member as he returned to get a piece of equipment he left behind accidentally after a job. Verbally trying to initiate a physical fight over and over again in front of the management team. Calling him all sorts of slurs while being 10-15 years older than him. I had the opportunity to work at Team Snubbing for the year of 2019, and enjoyed the experience very much. The field and office staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and I had the feeling of belonging to a group of friends. The owners took time to show appreciation for my work which was motivation for me to give them more. It was a growing experience and I gained a lot of knowledge of the oilfield industry as well as honing my technical skills in the accounting/payroll field. I received great training and helpful feedback, and would still be there if I hadn't taken a job to be closer to family. I would highly recommend this company for your snubbing needs, as well as being a wonderful place to work.

Training was absolutely terrible! The previous Accounting Technician only 'trained' me for 4 days before leaving me on my own. She did not properly train me to complete the daily tasks required to be successful in the position and then left all the files a complete mess. The office manager Rosie did not take the time to properly re-train me or show me the right way to do the job KNOWING that I was not properly trained to begin with. I was then fired for not being able to 'successfully meet the companies expectations', after leaving me to fend for myself for almost 2 weeks while she vacationed in another country.....

The Team here really knows their stuff and the owners are top knock to deal with too. I'm surprised to hear about the 1☆ review so felt I had to write something myself. Team Snubbing are go-getters in the Snubbing industry, leading the way with new technologies and concepts, we are proud to do business with this crew!

I've been working with Team Snubbing as a contractor since 2018, and have been proud to see their growth and development as a company. Mike, Adam, Rosie, and the rest of the management team do not have an easy job - both the oil and gas markets, and economic environments, have not stopped throwing punches these last couple of years, and never the less, Team Snubbing has survived while others have fallen. Great team of individuals, right from the field to the office, with a strong safety culture, and I wish them success in the years to come. Cheers!
