I had an exhaust leak and I mentioned it when I brought my truck in for servicing. Not only did they find the issues but they had the parts to fix it all, still under warranty. So thankful for them, and for the timely fix.

Brought my gladiator in because it was leaking water in to the cab after heavy rain falls. Technician said I must have been driving with my doors off, even though it was early April and about 5 degrees. After recording multiple leak occurrences, I brought it back with photos. They couldn't find the issue and took a couple of guesses, and sent me out the door. They notified me that my touch screen doesn't work now, although it did when I dropped it off, but since they were closing, I'd just have to deal with it.So I'm financing an 80k vehicle that floods 4 inches at my floormats when it rains, and the touch screen on my dash is just a big black square. I can only imagine the service I'd be getting once the warranty is gone.Lady at the desk was nice though. I'll give her a star
