Sunshine Coast Nails an Spa

4 star price for 1 star service and outcome. Did shellac mani pedi and both turned out quite messy with cuticles flooded. They tried to send me home just to get me out the door faster with one hand still wet which inevitably led to it getting messed up before I even stood up. One toe had so much polish that it looked like a mountain and like a 3 year old painted it. That also needed to get redone. Absolutely no attention to detail, care or pride in what they’re doing here. It’s clearly run by people who just want to make a quick buck. Instead of offering a discount for all of the mistakes the owner grudgingly agreed to give me 10% off as though she was doing me a favour for saving a few bucks on an already overpriced low quality service.

Just had an amazing Pedicure from Lyn. Her pleasant and warm welcome makes you feel immediately comfortable and relaxed. She took her time and gave an excellent foot massage and took pride in her nail work. Would definitely recommend and absolutely revisit. Thank you Lyn! From the one who doesn’t like pink;)Today Lyn again delivered the Wow factor. I look forward to her Amazing foot massage and detailed work. She makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. Worst yet ! Got full set acrylics and took almost 2 hrs. Both of the nails are crooked on my index fingers. They looked like needed a fill a week later now 2 weeks later look terrible, a couple are lifting and expect them to fall off.Never had such a bad job done .Not the only concern, in middle of pandemic witnessed the staff not properly sanitizing after clients left.

Terrible service and even worse customer service. 2/3 services provided to my sisters and I were incredibly terrible. We experienced uneven shape, streaky colour, cuticles flooded with polish and no attention to detail or care. I let my nail tech know about the issues, including the fact the she nicked my cuticle to the point where it was clearly raw and she refused to acknowledge it. Front desk reception and nail techs refused to recognize the problems, after almost 20 minutes of complaining and voicing our concerns - all our services had to be re-done. There was no apology offered for this terrible experience and we paid full price for all services.

This place was phenomenal! I’m from out of town and was not expecting this grade or service. I’d argue my nails looks better than the usual place I go to at home.

Jessica is a true professional. Never had I had my nails so beautifully crafted. She took the time to make sure my nails were exactly as I pictured. I've finally found a dream nail tech! I usually leave salons disappointed, atleast somewhat, but I just tell myself they're better than what I came in with. This time I left with my shape on point, and my nails flawless!

This place was absolutely wonderful. My sister had her bridal party get pedicures and manicures. The owner even gave my sister (the bride) a pre wedding gift. This is the BEST place on the coast. Go here.

My daughter and I came here for pedicures for our girls weekend away and it was probably one of the best pedis I’ve ever had. The chairs are wonderful and I had the best food and calf massage I have ever had with a pedicure. So excited to come back here!

The lady that did my pedicure did not cream my feet before applying polish! They were so dry afterwards. Also no quick dry top coat applied & they didn’t check to make sure my nails were dry before I left. Upon arrival at home, I noticed a smudge on one of my nails. Probably one of my worst pedicures. I would not recommend this place.
