Been coming here for a couple years now, had two of my birthdays and have hosted other birthday party’s here. I’ve also came for regular get togethers with friends. All the staff is great, special shout out to Sandy for always taking care of my guests and I. Music selection is really good lots of early & late 2000’s music, hip hop, rocks, r&b, pop and even a little bit of reggae lol. Drink and bottle menu is good, maybe add a few more selections of tequila *wink wink* I appreciate the fact that they give you privacy when in your karaoke room but when you press the button for service they come really quickly.All good vibes when I come here only constructive criticism I could say is maybe update the music to some more recent songs now that were in 2020. And I’m not sure but I think there’s a way to use the machine in English but I always end up using it Chinese lol (no I don’t speak or read Chinese but it’s pretty straight forward to use)

Got a small room with 6-8 people and the karaoke was super fun! Service and employees were nice and helpful. Tip is included with the bill.My only con is for the English music, the only critique is just the searching of songs or artists. We kinda just played around and added random songs we liked and have someone search while everyone else is singing.Had a fun time otherwise!

This karaoke place was so much fun!! Room was very large and the machine was actually very easy to use, there was also an option to use aux if you didn’t really want to sing. Will definitely be planning more events here

They don't have alot of English songs here. Mainly Chinese music. Price is good for what you get. Service was alright

Called them to see if they were busy and to ask about their prices on a Monday. They told me they weren’t and told me their pricing. After taking an Uber there, we walk into them turning off all the lights. They told us they were closing for the night because there were no customers. We were there around 10 pm and their usual closing hour is 3 am. On top of that, we also called in advance so they should’ve been expecting us. They refused to reopen for us and got into their cars and drove away laughing at us standing in the cold waiting for our Uber.

It's a decent venue. The rooms are really big and pretty modern. They say no smoking on the door but clearly the place reeks of smoke, there are even employees sitting in rooms with the door wide open smoking cigarettes. Our room was surprisingly odor free, which is weird because the hallways and washroom stank.The bottle prices are very reasonable. One thing I will say, I drank around 10 shots and didn't even feel tipsy. If you can, try and get them to open the bottles in front of you since I'm fairly certain it was not 100% alcohol or else I would've at least felt a bit drunk. 10 shots guys!!Their song selection system SUCKS. If you search an artist manually it'll say no results, but if you go through the hundreds of pages of songs manually the artist will show up. I don't know how a search function can just not work as it's a very important part of the KTV experience. They should work on fixing that.

Very nice place. Expensive but expected. Very fast service, rooms are gorgeous, informatice staff. Great bottle selections. The bottles are basically club price.

$10 per person during happy hour at weekend. Nice rooms. The ktv system is great. The touch screen is sensitive and good. Wish it's connected to an app or something so we didn't have to stand beside the touch screen to add songs. Poor service and they directly added the gratuity to the bill. The room smells like cigarette.
