I bought some winter tires from Barez sight unseen - I am in Edmonton, and saw their ad on Kijiji. When I picked up the tires, they were in great condition - as they had described them or better! I had also paid for shipping that it turned out I didn't need - they refunded the shipping right away. Super happy - great people to deal with, incredibly honest and above board! To top it all off, the tires were an excellent price! Definitely going to be shopping here again!

Berez recycling was the type of transaction I expect, but seem to have a hard time finding as time goes on. Great customer service. I spoke with Steve on the phone and he helped me bag and pack the tires into my car after purchase, and the owner , I believe his name was amir??? Was also a welcoming and very fair. 5 star experience

I ordered an A pillar trim for my Toyota. Lots of good communication to make sure I was getting the part that I wanted.Finished the deal about 1pm yesterday, Calgary to the Kootenay's shipping and I had the item by about noon the next day!Great service!Thank you!

Bought a replacement Lexus side view mirror. Shipped same day and arrived fast. When I picked it up the item was damaged. I contact Barez and they had a new one expedited to me same day with zero extra cost. It was on my car the next day. Perfect customer service throughout and product was as described.

I'm one of these people who researches and relies on user reviews before buying almost anything. Really glad I did in this case too, when I needed a sunroof glass replacement and found Barez.I can attest that the high ratings and reviews they have matched with the great service and very fair pricing I experienced.You can tell when a business really cares and goes the extra mile, and Barez lived up to that. Highly recommended!PS: my only feedback would be to get a larger sign on the fencing near your entrance, to make it easier to find you!

My first time dealing with Barez has me very impressed. I have been looking for some time for a sensor for my Sante Fe. Called to see if they may have one, not expecting much success. Was told they would check and get back to me. The sensor isn't one of those big ticket items you would expect to get much help in locating. Was quite impressed when I got the call back saying they had it and it was waiting in the office for pickup. To make the effort to remove this tiny sensor from a car in their inventory, to say the least, was amazing. That's what I call service". You have my business in the future. Thanks a lot."
