The staff was helpful in the store without being pushy. The leather sofa I chose is perfect! The delivery service was quicker than expected and the men professional and helpful. I would have no hesitation to recommend Smitty’s to my friends and family.

The delivery team was personable and professional. A follow up by the service team to fix a small concern with our new sofa was handled effortlessly. A great team providing quality furniture. Our beautiful new washing machine was delivered promptly by two , very courteous delivery men. They were very careful and respectful of our home as they wheeled in the new machine and placed it close to where our plumber could hook it up.Many thanks to Smitty's for their professional service .

Our experience at the loading dock was poor, the sales representative was not knowledgeable regarding the product, stating they know as much as we do about the mattresses in stock. The warehouse pick up was even worse, the young man stood watching me struggle with removing the tunnel cover and then the tie down strap, to busy checking their phone, only to say ”so your good”, to which I responded “no, but it doesn’t appear that your going to give me a hand so I’ll figure it out.” But I did tell him to have a good day. Extremely disappointed with this experience.

Amazing selection, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. We purchased a beautiful Canadian made sectional and had it delivered. The delivery guys were fast and friendly. I highly recommend Smitty’s!!

I purchased a mattress from Smitty’s. I was happy about how the sales rep walked me though the process beginning with asking me some questions, while also listening to what I was looking for in a mattress. She had me use the “computerized bed” which also gave a profile of where my pressure points are when I sleep. She was able to show me mattresses that would fit all the criteria we had discussed. We had an issue with delivery as the manufacturer sent Smitty’s the wrong mattress and I had to wait an extra week. Smitty’s was able to alert me promptly and rescheduled the delivery. When the mattress was finally delivered, the delivery was smooth, easy and the gentlemen who came into our house were kind and respectful of our home. I had a great experience and would certainly consider purchasing other products from Smitty’s in the future.

I had a wonderful experience picking out my new couch and chair! Joannie Pollard was very friendly and helpful. When I came back to pick my colours for my furniture Joannie didn’t rush me at all, I was there for a good 2 hours figuring out what I wanted for my colour scheme. My furniture arrived early which was amazing.The delivery guys were friendly and you could tell they care about moving your furniture. They were full of information about my furniture too!I will shop there again!!!

Best experience I’ve had in a furniture store! Staff were very knowledgeable about the products and could offer recommendations. Staff were helpful, without being too pushy or lurking while you are trying to look around.Couch came in much earlier than the original delivery date they gave us. The delivery staff were super friendly and did a great job.

I thought when I went to look at chairs the customer service was way beyond your everyday service. Lauren was knowledgeable, patient and very friendly. In the weeks that followed with having to reschedule delivery dates the staff went above and beyond and were pleasant at all times.I thought I got the best possible service. But then the delivery guys came and another shock. They were both very friendly and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for better. This is my first purchase at Smitty’s but I will be back. I have made a point of telling my friends what a good experience I had. Thank you again to the staff. Sharon
