I used to love going there. Even if the customer service is inexistent, I was satisfied with the vast selection of vegan products & brands. However, they've recently decided to wrap in plastic, items that were previously available as is (fresh veggies like celery, kale, etc). No idea for the reason behind this, but it's a huge step backwards for ecoresponsability. It's not something that I want to encourage, so I'll be shopping elsewhere unfortunately.

Would highly recommend this health-conscious supermarket on Rue Saint-Jean. The food is high quality – and fresh – with options to buy local, vegan, vegetarian. In a part of QC (old town) where it’s difficult to find vegetarian, lower fat foods – this is where you should go. My favorite items are the produce and the prepared foods (salads, wraps, sandwiches, etc.).This grocery is excellent at all levels. And it’s larger than you’d expect for a health food store. Also, the staff are super helpful and friendly. Love it!

Friendly staff, price are fair for an organic grocery. Loads of stuff for vegetarians/vegans. Opening hours really nice for a little store. Prepared meals are really good.

This is a fantastic natural store. It has a great variety of products and prices are reasonable. This is the place for you if you're looking for fresh vegetables and fruits. It's conveniently located on Rue St-Jean and very close to Old Quebec.
