Home looks nice and stylish from the outside. However once you are past the 2 years mark things start to deteriorate and you are left on your own. Customer service will look at the pictures and tell you everything is normal and it's your problem now. They will not even send someone to take a look. Buyers beware i guess. If I knew this I would have purchased from other builders.

My wife and I purchased a detached home in Alcona, Innisfil September of 2020 with Country Homes. The sales rep Lea was amazing! Very informative, helpful and honest. Once we made our purchase and we were no longer in contact with Lea, the experience slowly started going down hill.Decor was a challenge as the decor manager at the time was not very understanding of certain situations, however, we will get back to this later. While construction of our house was very slow, our issue was the poor communication and the amount of mistakes that were made. We had to contact them several times informing them of items being done incorrectly or were missing. With less than 3 months from closing, we got a email informing us we would not be closing at our expected date. They did not provide a final closing date with proper notice until we were a month away. Upcoming closing, they provided our lawyers an incorrect total purchase price and charged us an additional $452 for an amendment. They would not close the property unless we paid for something that was not our fault.After closing, we had several issues with the house. Most unforgivable is with our kitchen. We did not take kitchen uppers as it would be unused space. The decor manager informed us our cabinets would meet the kitchen bulk head. There is now a massive gap above our cabinets and after reaching out to Country Homes several times regarding this, they are not going to rectify as we do not have this in writing. I do not feel this is something I should have requested in writing as we were discussing directly with the decor manager. Money was never the issue, we just saw this as something we did not need. If we were informed correctly that there would be a gap, we would have added the uppers. We now had to live with a kitchen we are not happy with or hire contracts to try and resolve this somehow.A safety issue we are currently having, our corner lot is being used as storage for their materials to build the remaining houses. We are unable to walk around our property safely.Overall the experience purchasing with Country Homes was a poor one and personally would not purchase another home from them. This was our third time purchasing a new build. This has been by far the worst experience and longest 30 day Tarion form we have completed.

We have house from Country Homes in Innisfil and pretty happy with it. The quality of the construction is pretty good, not perfect but decent. After delivery customer service is also not bad, the issues are fixed, even if it takes some time. Overall good experience.

Hello everyone! I am writing this review to ensure I provide the most honest and in-depth review of this builder. First of all, I wish I could give them a '0' star rating, but unfortunately, Google does not allow me to do that. Anyhow, moving on, please avoid this builder and go with someone who actually stands behind their work. We purchased this house from the original owner in, September 2021. He never lived in the house and sold us the brand new house. We were very excited as we wanted to move to Innisfil and liked the layout of the house, which we still do, but, oh well...the good ends there.The house has terrible quality, the floors creak like a 50 year old house, there are grout smudges all over the floors and bathtub (which we tried to clean, but were unsuccessful, even with our best efforts), the countertops in the washrooms have blotches and rough spots, the deck that they have built already has huge wood splits thoroughout, the walls have cracks (which they have fixed), but over all quality of the house is mediocre, at best. On top of that, the contractors coming to fix the issues are rude and make fake promises. We have been promised the world, but no action.The customer service department has been quick to put the blame on us, when we were told by one of their supervisors that it will be taken care of, and to our bad luck, the same supervisor does not work for them anymore and all we are left with is, that the 30 days period is gone and there is nothing they can do. I am all for processes and rules, but you are not building a house for 30 days, the house is built for the years to come and if the finishes are aging at thre rate of this, the house is not going to withstand the next 20-25 years of aging.I would highly suggest that if you are looking for your dream house from a quality builder, you look elsewhere. I hope Coutry Homes reads this review and rectify the issues that we have.

After purchasing our very first home with Country Homes I could not be more Happy! The entire Rinomato family has been nothing but exceptional. They have made our first home purchase one to always remember. No one out there builds better. Thank you to Country Homes.

Terrible costumer service . We got our house in August there’s a lot of issues and they are taking forever to solve it’s our second house with this builder and the last no more buying from county homes very disappointed you don’t treat people like this

Terrible customer service. Also shoddy job on new homes and instances of cutting corners and flat out lying to homeowners. Avoid at all costs.

I want to start off by saying that the team at Country Homes is truly committed to building high quality dwellings.I have personally witnessed them going out of their way to make customers happy and comfortable in their new homes. The project managers are on top of each and every project, and the office personnel are very pleasant to deal with.The entire staff are extremly helpful, kind, and professional. They have great team that truely care about what they do.

Just purchased a house built by Country Homes Innisfil. The house is 3 years old and the tiles in the kitchen are shifting. The builder is refusing to accept responsibility, stating the cause is due to the basement being finished. This is absurd, apparently everyone who finishes their basement should have the tiles on the floor above begin to shift!Also, while re-caulking the en-suite shower, we came across the fact that the entire area was missing most of the grout. We had to re-grout before reapplying the caulking. Clearly this builder does not use experienced professionals and does not honour their workmanship.Would never purchase a house built from them again, and highly suggest others stay away from them also. Very disappointing.

poor quality materials used. advertised as luxury but far from it. They are not responsive even after months of trying to get repairs completed. the contractors they use are also not responsive and often book appointments and then not show up. Country homes is offering no support or communication. They have also not provided everything that was paid for or advertised. DO NOT BUY!
