Ecoline Windows and Doors Winnipeg

Today, May 10, 2023, I had two guys from the Ecoline Windows Kiryl K. and Leon Y., who reinstalled the inserts of our patio doors. They are really awesome guys! Kiryl and Leon were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and fast. They came on time at 9:05 am (the appointment was from 9 to 11 am). I was really impressed with how they kept their working areas super clean, not leaving one speck of dust or dirt behind, so no clean-up for me! The doors are really nice. I'm very happy with them.I would highly recommend Kiryl and Leon for exceptional service and professionalism. All the best for you guys!

I chose Ecoline Winnipeg because they advertised in-house, professional installation. When I returned home after the install, the windows looked fine from the outside, but the casing in the house was visibly bowed in a way that no trim could hide. The crew did not complete the final inspection with my partner who was home at the time. The same crew came back 20 days later and fixed a window, but it should have been done right the first time. Both days, the work crew made no effort to communicate, preferring to speak in nods and grunts. They also completely destroyed the lily in the flowerbed, even though there was a lot of space around it. I'm still waiting to complete my post-installation forms, but the links don't take me anywhere. Overall, a disappointing experience.UPDATE: Ecoline has replied to my review to blame me for the delay in fixing their mistake. I don't answer my personal device at work, but I did call back when contacted by Ecoline and we arranged a service appointment for 10 days after the initial install. I took a day off of work to be there. Unfortunately, I was notified in the middle of my slot that they would not be coming that day and we had to book a new time. That is why it took so long to be fixed. It was not due to my lack of availabilty. After this review was posted, the only contact from Ecoline was a wave of calls to arrange a new service appointment, but the work had already been finished.In regards to the post-installation email, which says must be completed when installation crew is on site

We were thoroughly impressed with the Ecoline Windows installation team. They replaced our old windows quickly and accurately, showcasing a mastery of their craft. Notably, they maintained a tidy work environment throughout, minimizing disruption. Our home is now warmer/cooler, quieter, and energy-efficient. Their workmanship is a testament to their skills and dedication. Excellent service and results - well done!

Ecoline Windows installed 6 windows for our home in June 2022. The entire process was very positive. Our estimator Carlos took the time to educate us about the windows, answered all of our questions and provided a detailed estimate. He walked us through the process of applying for government rebates, which was very helpful. Before our windows were ordered, another professional came to our home to make detailed measurements. When the day came for installation, Alex and his crew were punctual, professional and did an excellent job. The kept my house clean, and were very respectful of my yard and my neighbours. The windows were installed in one day and we are very happy with them.

Excellent work, from getting quotes to choosing windows and installation, including securing loans and grants. I compared the 10 best providers in Windows and found Ecocline best with their quality and services. The process was hassle-free, thanks to our advisor Kate, who took care of the project throughout—I had 5 windows installed in one day. The team left the home clean. You get an inspection link to complete before the installation team leaves. definitely recommend them for peace of mind.

We had a bedroom window installed this November 2022. The price was good but now we realize why . We pointed out to installer that we were not happy with the two obvious gap’s but his English was not very good. We then called and emailed the office expressed our concern and sent pictures of our concern with gap’s and there response is “that’s for ventilation” thankfully it was only a spare bedroom and we had the rest of the house windows replaced with Polar windows which there were no flaws or as Eco said “ventilation “ I would not recommend Ecoline Windows

We recently had windows installed by Ecoline Windows and were impressed with both the quality and the installation team. We were kept up to date every step of the way with the order and installation date. The installation folks were on time, kept the work area clean during the process and at completion led a thorough inspection of each window installed to ensure that we knew everything we needed to know to care for them. I would highly recommend Ecoline Windows, quality, workmanship and price were all great!

Fall/22-Sloppy work. New kitchen Windows look terrible, with messy caulking and gaps all around both inside and out (too small?). This should have been a simple task to replace two old 1960s windows with two the exact same size. Complained, but they didn’t do much but change a board, add more sloppy caulking and messy stucco. In addition, nobody under 5’7 in height is able to reach the top latch to open the window (apparently it is customary for kitchen slider windows to have one heavy duty latch in the middle, not these two little things spaced so far apart). We hired what appears to be a nearly 5 star company and paid them a lot to get professional results, but it was an all around AMATEUR job and we need to worry about caulking drying out and windows leaking. We should have just done the job ourselves. Very disappointed, so not recommended at this time. I’ll try to load pictures, as they simply speak for themselves.
