I purchased two pairs of running shoes for a senior who is confined to home. The customer service was excellent! The customer service rep. was very helpful in explaining about the quality of the footwear and the advice was given with sincerity. I'd highly recommend this shoe shop for their good quality shoes and personal customer service which is almost unheard of today. Keep up the good work! By the way, both pairs of runners fit the senior, no need to exchange them and she was very pleased with her new footwear. Thanks and we'll be back to shop again.
