Ongles Heaven Nails

I called to book an appointment for regular manicure and pedicure (no polish) I was offered a same day appointment which is great, I asked about the price and I was told 55$ (tax was not discussed but assumed price before tax). According to the reviews I read and price I was given I confirmed the appointment and showed up 10 mins early, the parking in front of the salon is a paid parking. I entered and was greeted nicely but was told that I’m here early (didn’t sound like a pleasant thing to say, normally people appreciate being early and not late but it’s okay). Then I was told to hang my coat and change into their slippers which I think is very nice and hygienic. A place was immediately set and ready for me which was great, the chair you get to sit on is a massage chair (amazing!) and that was a bonus to the experience. The nail expert started exactly in time and was thorough (confirmed again that no polish and if I would like to have my nails cut, as in short and agreed and all was good) the ambience of the salon was friendly and professional. The appointment took less than an hour which is great (on the phone I was told that it may take 1h and 50 mins) At the checkout, only debit or cash is accepted, which was okay, but I was surprised by the price that was given to me which was 74.75 $ after tax, I informed the person handling the payment that I was given a different price on the phone and then said no thats our price. I was handed a card that can be stamped or marked on every visit and by the 5th visit, I would get a 10% discount. My overall experience was acceptable, I rated 3 stars due to the payment incident.

I think the girl was a bit inexperienced, as she cut my cuticules on 2 fingers which caused my hands to bleed. Had shellac manicure and after 5 days, 5 nails chipped. But also, one nail fully broke off (teared away). I think the nail polish was so old that not even the polish is chipping but entire nail.Also, there was air pockets in the nail polish as well. On 3 finger nails.Last time I went, I had a great experience though I am not sure what happened time...Honestly, I did a manicure to last my vacation but am constantly filing my nails and trying to fix the issues.

Shellac only stayed for three days. when it was applied Cuticles, weren’t clean properly. The nail technician cut my skin. They don’t care about the overall health of your nail. They will buff your nails surface until it’s very thin. By the time you get your nails under the UV light, it will be burning. The application was thick. They put three thick coats of nail polish they supposed to be very thin. Don’t get fooled by these influencers who get paid to speak highly about them because that’s what happened to me. The lady who did my nails she didn’t know what is she doing. In the other side I have my friend who do her nails there but with specific nail tech she still buff her nails very thin, but she’s OK with it . As she mentioned they only have 2 to 3 good nail technician and they’re always fully booked. Soo good luck going there

The best salon! The friendliest staff, who are always welcoming, caring and extremely talented. The place is beautiful, and clean, and I have never been disappointed! I get acrylic extensions that are always perfectly shaped and last the test of time, and Linda’s pedicures are thorough and perfect! Definitely recommend for a comfortable and pampered experience, I’m a client for life!!

I got a manicure and pedicure here and really loved it! I usually ask for thicker ones and she did it the way I exactly asked :) thank you Tia! Would highly recommend coming here if you need to get your nails done ❤️

I always go to the same two places but this time were booked and I needed an appointment fast. I have been to much better places. There was no massage, which is a first for me. Never been into a manicure/pedicure saloon without getting a hand or foot massage. The service was fast and courteous and the appointment was respected. The girl that attended me was probably new, as she was clumsy. They looked weird at me for not giving tip. Do I have to tip for service I dislike ? No. Place is ok, furniture and decoration is ok. Prices are the same as everywhere else. Verdict : There are definitely better places around, within walking distance.

Really disappointing. I usually go to this nail salon and I gave many chances because depending on who they choose to do your nails, your experience differs but this is the last time I'm going. I booked for a new set and the lady who did my nails was visibly frustrated doing my nails and rushed them. I mentioned to her the way she put the nail was crooked and she continued to keep working on them. I said again it was crooked to fix it and finally after asking her coworker to repeat what I said she finally fixed it. I showed her what I wanted and it is completely not what I wanted. She gave me short nails instead of medium like I asked and was super rough with my nails the whole time. I just wanted it to end. The nail art was terrible and I can't believe I paid more for the same service they offered (they recently had a up price change for better service"). This salon is great! The nail techs are fast, efficient and do their absolute best to make my nails look exactly as I want them to be. They answer very quickly and try to accommodate the best they can. I always go there, would definitely recommend!

I had my nails done at this salon last week. I wasn't fully satisfied and made a complaint. The owner personally redid my nails to ensure that I was happy with the outcome.If you get your nails done here and you don't fully love what you received, say something right away (BEFORE you leave)! Don't be like me and be afraid to say something. They will fix whatever you have issue with, and make sure that your manicure/nail set is as you dreamed it to be.Thank you thank you thank you for your time today!!!
