Huge selection of costumes and Halloween or horror movies props. For home decor or for fun there's things for all tastes and the employees were all kind and helpful. Hurry up cause they won't stay open long after October 31st !

Not as many options as I had hoped, and a bit expensive, but the service was great, and the costumes we ended up purchasing were great.

I was followed the minute i enter the store and they accused me of steeling because I was indecisive about a costume. Manager is really unkind and kick me out of the store because I ask him to put his mask back on because he was yelling at me without his mask. In conclusion, Dont go in that store if you're looking young they will accuse you of stealing.

Love the selection. The guy behind the cash is super sweet. I've been multiple times just to make sure I got to see everything. Not too expensive with member benefits!

BIGGEST SCAM STORE EVER bought a wig for my sister the cashier never said that wigs are not refundable, on the receipt it didn’t say it either, when I came to the store to have a refund he says it’s not refundable with attitude no customer service at all. The wig wasn’t even worn out

I rarely write bad reviews, but unfortunately I have to warn you guys, make sure all the parts of the costume are INSIDE the bag with thw costume. My boyfriend and I got a costume each, and although mine had every item, he was missing 4 out of 7 !!! The only reason we didn't notice is because the robe and the hooded cape are bulky and we assumed that the rest (mask, belt, gloves and medallion) were inside the clothes. Basically, we got a robe and a cape for 40$... I don't know if the other items were stolen or just weren't put in the bag (because the costume are not necessarily sealed!), but it's just really disappointing because we have to find something last minute before a party.

Came to get a few decorations for my house, left empty handed got closely followed my entire visit, made the experience really annoying and uncomfortable. Couldn't inspect anything with out the sales girl running up on me and my partner asking if we needed help. She also wasn't following anyone else in the store just me and my partner :(

I wish it would stay open year-round. The most unique selection of masks, decorations, costumes and everyday accessories all in one place, but only for one month of the year.
