Nova Group Residence

I've been living in a Nova Group Residence shared apartment at their Eglinton location for about 6 months now, and my experience has been mostly positive. While there have been some challenges with living with roommates, Nova Group Residence has been helpful in addressing any issues that arise.One thing I appreciate is that the staff are always available to answer questions and address concerns. They respond promptly and professionally to any maintenance requests or other issues that may come up.

When we had a problem they came to fix very quickly !

Worst service. They just care about you paying the rent no matter how uncomfortable you are. I rented one of their rooms three months ago and there is a problem with the door which has not been fixed yet plus more issues. It’s been exhausting.

Nova Group Residence has been legit in solving my issues with them and Busra particularly has been very understanding and supportive throughout the entire process that I went through with them. They understand what is rightful and in best interests not just for themselves but also there clients and I ask them to continue such legitimacy in doing business.
