Careful Movers & International Shipping

November 1, 2019: Super impressed!! I’ve moved 10 times and by far, Daniel and Dennis are the best!! They showed up on time, they called to let me know when they would be showing up. These guys are a really hard working, very professional and an efficient team together. They were very careful of my personal belongings, carrying them up 3 floors. I would hire them again, seriously, only if I could get them to move my stuff. I would highly recommend them by name. Great customer service from Owner (gave me my quote and scheduled) to the outstanding move team of Daniel and Dennis. Thank you for making this move so smooth and seamless, I appreciate you guys!!June 2, 2020: It’s about that time again and what can I say...my move took 2 days and I had the pleasure of being moved by Joey & Ken on day 1 (10 stars for moving all my stuff out of storage) and on day 2, I was moved by Dennis & Brandon (another 10 stars for moving my belongings down 3 floors with NO elevator). All I can say is that these fella kicked butt. I am really impressed with these guys. They work really hard and find a way to still smile. There were minor hiccups on this move but Dennis worked it out. I got a little frustrated but he found a remedy for me and I am very satisfied. I will be recommending some people to Careful Movers for my precious neighbors as they move to their next destination here in Ottawa. Great work to Team Careful Movers...THANK YOU!!

Careful Movers offer a very competitive price compared to any where else I looked. But what won me over was their customer service and punctuality. I think those are very important factors to consider when you are looking for movers.

Careful Movers helped move multiple members of my family and were recommended to me when I was moving. Hiring them was an excellent decision, they were very professional, friendly and hardworking. They had quite a big job to do and did a fantastic job with it. I definitely recommend them! Also, a shout out to Ken who was especially kind and hard working.

I booked another moving company about 4 months ago and they bailed on me last minute. My realtor recommend Dennis and his moving company to me. Dennis was very accommodating and he was able to fit me in on their busy schedule. The movers were professional, punctual and very careful with the content and with my new home. I couldn't be more happy with the move and I would recommend this moving company if you're looking for a hassle-free experience!

Careful movers were super easy to use and were one of the only providers I called for quotes which quoted in a flat rate ($120/hour) fee with no extra charges like stair fees, fallout fees, gas fees, travel time etc etc. There were two movers and they turned up an hour early, they were careful with our possessions and ensured to wrap everything in blankets etc nicely. They were also very pleasant and kind to chat to. We moved all the smaller stuff we could ourselves and got the careful movers to just move big ticket items, they moved a huge couch up and down HEAPS of stairs and did it with relative ease! Would recommend

DO NOT USE THIS “COMPANY”. Extremely unprofessional. Boxes crushed, several hundred dollars worth of damage that they deny causing based on the fact that their mover said “I didn’t do it”. If something isn’t broken when you move it, and then IS broken after you do, that’s not something you can argue.They also completely misjudged how long it would take and how many movers/how big a truck they would need. Move wound up taking double the time quoted and while they took items apart, they didn’t offer to put back together as quoted in their advertising. Their response was “you should have asked him to”. It is not the customer’s responsibility to make sure that your employees do their jobs correctly. Horrible experience. Would rate zero stars if possible.Hopefully, this “business” fails quickly or they finally mess up badly enough where someone can take them to court.
