Placed my order and the screen said something different so twice I said excuse me but my order is wrong, before I even finished my sentence I got swift rude drive forward, not sure what is going one with the service from this one and others in Chatham , but thankful we have other options.

bought 2 smile cookies today and they are under cooked (raw like). We got them in Wallaceburg and tasted totally better.

Their employees are not even skilled enough to take an order properly. When you arrive at the window they need to double check what you ordered. We got a bacon grilled cheese and a turkey melt. They were burnt and did not even have the right kind of cheese on the top. Also they were very stingy with the wrong cheese. Also their Boston cream is stale.

I was in yesterday and was there for about 3 minutes with no one saying hello or be right there so I said hello and one of the three people there said just a minute so I waited as there where 2 cars in the drive thru at that time and after waiting another 10 minutes I again said hello thinking they forgot about me they said just a moment and when I said I had all ready been waiting over 10 minute they again said just a moment at that point I left I don't think it takes 3 people to run the drive thru as I work in fast food, a coworker of mine went in afterwards and got the same treatment. I think this is horrible costumer service and somthing needs to be done as this is not the first time it has happened.

I have gone through their drive thru and a few times I've paid cash and later checked my points. The people have taken my cash and kept it and then my points to pay for my drink. There is an older lady there and she always has a wonderful attitude and smile and I always get what I ordered and never has she cheated me. If it's happened to me, how many others have been cheated. The last time this happened was Oct 13th.

If you enjoy receiving the wrong order then being ridiculed at the drive through when asking for the proper order, this is your place. Disgusting how they treat people at this location, the manager could use some anger management therapy.
