I had a prenatal massage here today done by Jen Clarke and I honestly can’t get over how helpful it was. Not only do I feel tension relief and more comfortable but her advice seems to have helped me so much emotionally to prepare for having my first child. She was so professional and seemed so experienced and educated. I would recommend anyone to her. I was also able to book her for a postpartum at home visit which is great because I was unable to get a midwife for my pregnancy. Thanks again Jenn you are truly a blessing!

I have had a massage from Alyssa Green a few times, and she is great. I find her to be very friendly, and knowledgable. Her massages really do a person good, and are not just a nice back rub like some therapists give.Since covid, I think a big shout out is in order, as the staff that I saw while I was there, were amazing in their sanitation protocols. They are clearly doing everything they can do keep both themselves and customers safe.Well done!!

I look forward to my massage with Annamarie every time. She is amazing at figuring out the root of my weaknesses and addressing it. I love that she is so knowledgable about Fascia and manipulating it. As well she always sends me on my way with some stretches for in between visits. The Spa is very warm and inviting.

I have recently started deep fascia work with Jenn Clark. I am sitting in my chair in this moment, feeling straightened and virtually pain free ... released following my hour session this morning. I know this will address the source of my life long issues with my “twisted” body, allow me a deeper understanding of where I can make corrections, and grant more fluidity in my movements. Jenn involves you in every touch, asking for the experience to be understood and shaped in a synchronous connection; trust is so necessary in body work. So grateful!
