I had brought in an aged solid-state power amplifier and preamp to see what could be done to bring them back to full health. It was a pleasure meeting with Mr. Beaumont; he was flexible with dropoff/pickup times, and though there was a waitlist it was well worth it.Syd went through my units with a fine-tooth comb and restored and modernized the internals to what I believe is better than new condition. He provided documentation for every step of the process, and I could relax knowing I'd be taken care of.He is obviously very enthusiastic about the work he does, and I would recommend him to anyone. Was able to drop off my item on a Saturday, very knowledgeable, looking forward to Syd bringing my vintage tube preamp back to life.
