I don't know where to begin! These girls are exceptional! <3 I was so stressed about finding the perfect place for my wedding dress, a place that gave value for money ! which is so hard to find in Toronto . When I came to Naz I knew instantly that I had found the one! Their professionalism, patience, thoroughness, variety, positive attitude, sense and understanding of fashion is ALL a bride needs for her wedding dress. I had NO stress about my wedding dress once I gave my order to Naz because they were so thorough in each and every detail about my dress I knew I was in good hands. Making dresses for these sisters is not just a job, you can tell its their passion. And this is exactly where a new bride should go for their dress if they want some one who believes in making the customer happy and their dreams come true, and also not charging crazy amounts and making extra profit. Naz and Samira thank you so much for making this experience worthwhile! you took on the biggest stress I had effortlessly and dealt with me with so much patience. Amazing place to go to if you need to do some last minute wedding shopping! Nowadays it's so hard to find a shop with not only decent pricing but very friendly customer service. Haniya was super helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for while staying within my budget!

Naz helped me create a lovely wedding gown even though we only met virtually and through messaging. She was able to deliver on most of what I wanted (some minor changes to how I wanted the dress to look) but overall very pretty! I would say I had to do a lot of follow up myself but she was responsive to my texts- I just had to send them first.

I absolutely loved the clothes I got made from the shop. The quality of the fabric and the attention to detail was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The shopper was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process. She listened to our ideas and made sure to incorporate them into the design to make the clothes truly unique. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a custom dress!

Terrible customer service! Went on an empty Saturday and liked only one thing as a wedding outfit and was told I can’t try it on since I don’t have an appointment - but it was empty and there were two people working there!

Had a great experience shopping here for my daughters. We were not only given employee support when asking questions but also were given advice on what was most suitable to purchase. Definitely see myself coming here more often.

Naz helped me create a beautiful gown for my wedding day. Even during Covid19, she was able to get this made and deliver it before my wedding day and the wedding gown exceeded my expectations. Absolutely awful. I’ve been to this store a couple times to look at Bridal outfits and mehndi outfits. The most recent being yesterday.The lack of customer service and professionalism is astounding. The woman “helping” you, doesn’t move from where she stands, when asked about sizes, informs you that their store caters to only “small & medium sized brides”, when asked if they had anything larger she informed me that they do not carry “things like that”.Forgoing the absolute apathy this woman displayed, it’s lunacy to drive away clients like this. Not only are you alienating an entire client base, but you’re making sure to turn an enjoyable process for the bride into one that will leave her with self esteem issues.Do better.
