For 20 years, Lyle at Simply Golf has taken care of my golf club fitting from putters to Drivers . Over this time I have gone through 4 sets of custom clubs , and have been totally confident with the steps he has taken to ensure they are the best for me . Gave Lyle my putter head on Feb.15/2021, it was to be rebuilt. After 31 texts and scores of phone calls, I was able to get my putter head back. The man delayed me every time I called or texted, not sure why. After repeated requests to return my putter, I realized why he was slow to respond. The putter had none of the refinishing done, all he did was sand it down, and a poor job of that. DO NOT send Simplygolf in Calgary any work, you will be totally underwhelmed. I wish I could use hockey words to describe how I feel about this so-called golfsmith. You will notice I gave him 1 star, thats because Google will not let you post unless you give at least 1 star.........Simplygolf in Calgary deserves 0 stars!

I have been taking my clubs to SImply Golf for almost 10 years now. Lyle has an extensive knowledge of real club-fitting. From touring professional to beginner I would highly recommend Simply Golf for any golfer who is looking to get the right equipment for their game. Simply Golf's friendly, professional staff and quality craftsmanship is the best in the business. From club repair, re-gripping, re-shafting, or buying new clubs I wouldn't trust anyone more is the golf business than Lyle. In a game with so many variables Simply Golf is the place to go to take the equipment out of the equation. They offer brand name clubs professionally tailored, at prices better than the big box stores, chances are good you'll learn something about your game, have fun, and a good laugh while doing so.

I purchased a gift card from Simply Golf for my husband so he could get a custom golf fitting. I went with this company based on a few positive reviews I saw about Lyle. I clearly did not do enough research because our experience ended up being similar to many negative reviews on here. After setting up a day/time for the fitting, Lyle no showed on my husband twice and was often unresponsive. It seemed we had to work around his schedule which was difficult because he often rescheduled last minute due to something coming up. My husband eventually ended up getting the golf fitting and some work done on his clubs, however the experience was not great. Its not a business I would recommend nor that we could continue to use for any golf services.

I've been going to Simply Golf for years with all my golf club needs. Been fitted by Lyle a few times and he's helped me regrip, reshaft, check lies/lofts on my old and current clubs plenty of times. I really enjoy watching the entire process of all the different things being done. I've always had good work done from Lyle and also good conversations with both Linda and Lyle!

I've trusted Lyle with my clubs since being a junior golfer. I was treated with the same respect then as I am now. Even though I live in Houston now I still ask Lyle for advice, and when I'm back in Calgary I get him to refit and make the changes I need.

Lyle is a fantastic individual, and he understands club-making. He has been in the industry forever, and I would trust him with All my clubs. Covid has been hard for all companies, and people need to be patient and not to expect to get Everything right away.

Lyle at Simply Golf is simply the best golf fitter in the City of Calgary. He's super knowledgeable about all things equipment, gets things done promptly and always has the time to explain what he's doing so you can understand it. I was a golf professional in Calgary for 6 years, and the coach of the U of C Dinos for 3 years and I always sent my clients and students to Lyle when they needed a fitting for new clubs, re-shafting/re-gripping or just to get their numbers.
