Very disappointed in the service at this location. First time home buyer here and I did not even get to speak with an agent. The older blonde chubby lady at the front desk by the window was beyond rude and unprofessional that I walked out. I ended up dealing with a great agent at royal lepage on cityview instead.

I noticed the bad reviews on this company are coming from other agents at different offices. Perhaps the great deal of success this brokerage has, makes other agents feel uneasy but I'm not sure what they are talking about. My partner and I were looking for a property late last year and came across this brokerage. We shopped around the area but didn't find any brokerage as professional as this one. The agents here are amazing and so helpful. Upon entering, they greeted me so professionally, offered beverages and desserts while we waited for an available agent. The agent, Carmelina, provided us with all the information we requested and more. They were very honest about the areas and properties we were looking at and gave me a great breakdown of future possibilities when it came to investing. They are very educated here and such a pleasure. They have officially become my recommendation for all real estate needs. You won't be disappointed.
