My Dr. Here is Dr. Shiyani so my review is mostly just about her. I found her to be cold and uncaring. She spent more time talking over me and down to me than actually listening. She mostly follows a script and is unable to help outside of a few vauge suggestions.

I'm glad I started seeing Dr. Ali here since last year! I'm usually able to get an appointment within a week or 2; if the appointment is scheduled for longer than 2 weeks, then I just ask to be put on the cancellation list, and they're able to call me in with an earlier appointment thankfully.Plus, Dr. Ali is a functional medicine doctor, so he's not all about the medications - he'd rather I get blood work done to see what I'm lacking, and then he can help me figure out how to remedy it. Either through vitamins and other supplements, or dietary changes, etc. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews - I personally love coming to this clinic. (:

Dr. Bhatty is amazing!!! He is always kind and caring, straight to the point and timely. He went above and beyond to help me through a health issue I had and ensured I received the best care as quickly as possible. He has seen me through two pregnancies and has cared for my family. He is very knowledgeable and is always professional. Thank you for everything!

I appreciate that I have obtained a physician close to home.The office is clean, parking is great and Dr Mohammed is thorough and listens.My only disappointment is the difficulty in getting through to speak to someone.Leaving a message and waiting 24-48 hours for a call back is not acceptable.If call volume is high, then more staff need to be available to support the needs.

I have to edit my review and change it from 1 star to 5 star just because o super helpful nurses and receptionist they have hired recently. I am glad they got rid of old receptionist who obbiously did not like her job and people. Dr Ahmed Mohammed is very knowledgable and nice.

Major issue with the receptionist. Attempted calling for a postpartum appointment today. She explained that no available appointments were available till May. Our doctor made us aware of the same day appointment’s so I asked about this as I am needing to be seen. She said that she could book me in for tonight but that they wouldn’t be able to care for what I am needing. If no one could see me I then said I’d have to look at going to a walk in clinic. She then shared that they would have to take me off their patient list if I did that. It’s understandable if people are just randomly going to a walk in, but when it’s actually urgent and I’m being told this? Now I understand what everyone warned me about this clinic.

Horrendous service. Expect to never get a call back and IF you eventually get through to the receptionist, expect to wait A MONTH to see your doctor. Doctors are nice but never there. DO NOT BECOME A PATIENT HERE.

The one time I was able to get an in person appointment it was great. Working with the Doctor has been great for me, it is all of the administrative stuff around it that could use improvement.After my first appointment I had some tests run, which I was told good or bad I would get a follow up callback. I never got that follow up callback.I have tried twice to get a phone appointment. You get a bunch of texts and emails asking you to confirm multiple times, which I did. The first phone appointment I had, a few days before I got a call saying the doctor needed to cancel. I was told I would be contacted to arrange a new appointment, I was never contacted. After a couple of months waiting I tried to call to make a new phone appointment date. Again spammed with multiple messages to confirm I will be available. I ended up getting a call 1 hour after I was supposed to (I don't recall being told that the call can come earlier or later than the scheduled appointment time).Additionally there are multiple times where I called in and left a message, and never received a call back needing to try again.

Dr Shah has always been helpful, caring, and respectful. I’m thankful to have found a family doctor who takes the time to listen.

Dr Shah is an awesome doctor! He listens and has sympathy to your concerns.
