Good old-fashioned service. I went in to ask if they had a product to clear clouded headlights and the sales associate came out and tried a sample on my truck to make sure it worked. Would highly recommend.

I stopped in today to pick up a few items and employee Scott helped me with everything that I needed. Scott was very knowledgeable and kind, a five star employee.

Staff extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Bought a battery for my car and Gord walked me through the installation. Very pleased with overall experience as well as pricing! Keep up the great service and thanks!

Alternator died, asked if they could charge up my battery so I could try and move the car. Wanted $7.50 because I didn't buy the battery from them... QUIT

Half the stuff at lordco is 4x cheaper on Amazon. And 2x cheaper even if you have a tier 7 account.

Had some car troubles on our trip to see our family for the holidays, and kept breaking down. Every mechanic was closed, except for this Lordco. Not really expecting much, as we thought the car would need a lot more repairs then what Lordco normally does, however, we stopped by just in case. Upon entering we talking with some of the staff. They were extremely knowledgeable about our issues, leading us through the potential problems with the car, and thoroughly explaining everything we needed to know. They even helped us actually repair our car, even though it wasn't a service they normally provide. Their staff went above and beyond in helping us, and were amazingly kind throughout the process, even letting us cool off in their air conditioning to avoid the 40 degree heat before we even knew we needed their services. Not only did they save our trip, as we likely wouldn't have made it without their help, but I personally know a lot more about my car then I did before, and I know what they taught me will come in handy again. Would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs help with their car, and sincerest thanks to those who helped us see our family. Especially the main man we worked with, Scott, we still greatly appreciate the help.

We were at a Hotrod show and this was the best Lordco I have ever walked into. This was one of the busiest weekends for them and they still had some met us at the door to ask us what we needed. My truck is not the easiest truck to find parts for because it is a few trucks and a RV put together from all different years (pic below). The knowledge and experience of the person that helped us was amazing. We had to make a few trips back and forth but she helped us ever time. She took her time to find the best parts for us and make the whole experience so good I almost forgot that my truck was broken and may not make it to the show. It did thanks to her help! Not to mention that on a weekend that the staff must have been working like crazy they were all still smiling and having funFive star service all the way around! We wanted to move them back to be our home branch!!!!

I am in this location quite frequently and always end up locating or purchasing the parts I'm looking for. The staff are quite friendly and have a pretty good general knowledge of the vehicles I'm inquring about.
