Killarney East Lighthouse
A scenic lighthouse overlooking the bay. There is limited parking outside the gate. From the gate, it is a short walk to the actual lighthouse. Lots of spots to take great photos.

Killarney East Lighthouse
I was in town while on a Viking Cruise and happened upon the Light House Trail next to the giant paddle at the resort. You can just about drive to the light house but if you are up for a physical hike I HIGHLY suggest using the trail. It is a challenge. There are elevation changes, rock climbing, and challenging root systems, but the hike offers Forrest hiking as well as coastal views, and unusual rock formations. I really enjoyed it!

Killarney East Lighthouse
Pretty cool light house. The history is listed and is pretty awesome considering the location. The lighthouse overlooks Georgian Bay, you'll see George Island, Killarney Channel, Philip Edward Island and the foxes. My friends says its like a bit of Peggys cove. Be wary though as it's around 500m of gravel road, there's around 3 slots for parking infront of the gate, you'll most likely park by the side road.

The trail is actually more challenging than you may initially think. We found a parking area at the end, that we could have driven to...but I highly recommend the trail, there's some really beautiful shoreline to be walked.

Gorgeous little lighthouse with an adventurous trail along the coastline. I would not follow the trail markers as they led us absolutely nowhere - we just followed the shoreline instead and had a great time. The shoreline trail/hike is probably not a good idea if you have any sort of leg/knee/foot problems as climbing is sometimes necessary - but if you’re good on that department, you’ll have fun and get some amazing views.

Killarney East Lighthouse
A must-go place in Killarney. A short trail along the lake will lead you to the lighthouse. I alos enjoyed the stunning view overlooking the Georgian Bay. I couldn't imagine how beautiful the sunrise or sunset here will be. There's a sign at the trailhead saying no overnight camping.

Such a pretty landmark with an amazing view. The trail is a little challenging so be prepared but it’s worth it for the amazing view!

This place is simply amazing! It feels like an ocean but with calmer and warmer water! A small hike away from the town alongside the rocks is a must.

Awesome place to view Lake Huron, enjoy the view, relax on the shore, feel the moment. The light house completes the lake view. Parking space is limited, but I think you can just park along the road, there's no fee to visit the light house as well as parking.
