They have an amazing variety of equipment and gadgets for outdoors. Most of them (if not all, I'm not sure) is self-branded and you can find things from clothes for hiking and skiing to travel shampoo bottles. A must go if you are planning to go on a trip or if you need some waterproof coating for you gear, shoes or tent.

I just want to give a big shout out about this store. We stumbled upon it by accident on our way to Eddy Bauer and did price comparisons and I finally found mybreathable (with removable liner and hood) rain jacket without having to take out a loan at the bank ! ($120.00+tax) Attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable staff.

Second time at the store in 2 years.Good products at a good price. But the organization of the store is a total mess. If there are more than 7 customers in the store, walk out. There's no checkout line just a mess of people trying to reach the counter.The people at the counter do less than nothing to help. In fact, they add to the confusion by not allowing returns at both counters so people have to seemingly hop counters and look like they're cutting in line when they aren't. Try to fix the abysmal layout if you want people to come back more often than once a year.

Good products, excellent staff. There's always a good deal if you look carefully.

I had OJUS help me find a backpack for my friend, where I was paying but I didn't know what to buy. He was very accommodating in a store that had at least 20 other customers, who didn't need the assistance I required. I purchased more products as a result.Cheers.

Visited the new location of this British retailer on Robson St. and was impressed. While other brands catering to the outdoors enthusiast are downsizing (Eddie Bauer), or experiencing financial problems (MEC), Mountain Warehouse is opening a few stores in Vancouver. Selection is what you would expect from an adventure/travel-oriented brand: down jackets, rain gear, ski gear, backpacks, hiking boots, and other related accesories, for women, men and children. Based on the fact that these articles are exclusive to these stores and that they are made in the same factory as North Face gear, there should be some assurance in terms of their quality. Prices are competitive and found some good deals on summer clothing. Customer Service was helpful and diligent, making sure hand sanitizer is used upon entrance, and covid protocols are observed. Definitely recommend a visit!

Good quality product, good customer service and fair prices. Once I had an issue with an online delivery and went to the store in Robson to know more about it and they solved my problem in a minute. Valeria

The absolute cheapest quality. Overpriced. Terrible customer service. The shipping was delayed. There is a charge to return by mail. The Merino wool items are so thin and look like they have been worn.

Great place with great prices... Bought a 199.00 water resistant goose down here. They rang it up and it was 100.00 off! What a deal!!!!

I want to say a big thank you to Lillian for her amazing service today. I called the store and Lillian helped me over the phone even though the store was really busy. Lillian was so helpful when I arrived to purchase the jacket. If I could give Lilllian 100 stars I would. Wonderful shopping experience Will definitely return!
